BITS Pilani MTech Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Placements, Cutoff, Admission Dates

Candidates can get admission in BIT Mesra M.Tech course with a valid GATE score. The selection is done based on the applicants performance in the accepted exam, performance in selection rounds, and academic performance. Aspirants with a GATE score can also apply. The selection for Non-GATE candidates is done based on academic record and performance in the interview round.

BITS Pilani Rajasthan is famous for its infrastructure. Spread over an area of 328 acres, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani is well-equipped with all the amenities and buildings that fit as an institute of international standards. Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani offers fully-residential programmes only with 11 hostels for boys and one hostel complex for girls. Yes, admission are open at BITS Hyderabad. Interested students can apply directly through the official page. Students must check the eligibility criteria set by the institute for each course. 

After filling out and submitting BITSAT application form, candidates can download and print out a copy for future reference. Although candidates are not required to send this print out of BITSAT application form to autorities. Only online submissions for BITSAT are accepted by authorities. No other mode of submission will be accepted by authorities.

The BITSAT 2026 exam dates are not out yet. However, it is tentalively scheduled to be held in May and June 2026 for session 1 and 2. Candidates can attempt one or both of the sessions of the exam. The test is MCQ-based with questions on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning.
