For BTech, CUK is accepting both CUET-UG and JEE scores. For the courses BTech in Electronics and Communication and BTech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats will be filled on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG)-2023. The remaining 50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in JEE–Main Exam (2023) who are eligible for writing JEE–Advanced 2022.

Admissions at Central University of Karnataka (CUK) are mostly entrance-based, except for some courses. For most of the UG and PG programs, you need to appear for the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUET), which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to 12 central universities.

For B.Tech and M.Tech programs, you need to have valid JEE Main and GATE scores, respectively. For PhD programs, you need to qualify for a written entrance test and a personal interview conducted by CUK. You also need to meet the eligibility criteria of the course, such as having a minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying exam. Students have to register themselves on the portal of CUK Samarth. At the time of registration, students are required to pay a registeration fee to successfully submit the form.
