The application fee for the B.Tech programme at Central University of Karnataka is Rs. 500, with a reduced fee of Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

KCET is not sufficient for B.Tech admissions at the Central University of Karnataka. The university accepts both CUET-UG and JEE scores for admission to B.Tech courses. For specific programs like B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats are filled based on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG)-2023, with the remaining 50% based on performance in the JEE-Main Exam (2023) for eligible candidates.
