A few more updates are given below:
- The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
- The CUET PG results are declared for admission to various PG-level courses. The counselling is conducted separately by each participating institution.
- The CUET UG 2026 exam for admission to several UG courses will now be held on Jun 6 and Jun 7, 2026.
- The GATE 2026 exam has been concluded for ME/MTech admission.
Central University of Kashmir Highlights 2025
The Central University of Kashmir is a public university. It is located in Srinagar, Kashmir. The university is also known as CUK Srinagar, and was established in 2009. The University has been granted 503+ acres of land during its establishment by the state government. It is recognised by the UGC and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). CUK is accredited with a “B++” Grade by the NAAC. Currently, the University offers UG, PG and PhD programmes under various streams. These courses are offered under nine constituent schools. It follows a Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS) for the evaluation of all UG and PG programmes.
CUK has 21 schools and 21 departments. These offer 40+ PG, UG, Diploma, Research, and Vocational programmes. The campus of the University is well-equipped with basic facilities, such as labs, smart classrooms, a seminar hall, an auditorium, a library, hostels, transportation and more. The University comprises nine schools.
