Chandigarh University has 13 libraries - one central library and twelve libraries situated in different academic blocks with a rich collection of more than 85,000 books and 850000 of e-books. All libraries have access to e-journals and databases like ASME, IEEE, EMERELD, EBSCO, ASCE, ASTM, McGraw Hill, J-Gate, ELSEVIER, SCC ONLINE and WESTLAW International. Infrastructure: Chandigarh University is known for its world-class facilities, you name it and we have it. Each lab, library, and class is installed with AC, projector, computers, and Wi-Fi. I didn’t stay in the hostel in my college life, but as far as I heard from my friend, it’s good. You get good facilities there like good Wi-Fi, coolers, gym, etc.
Infrastructure: Talking about the facilities and infrastructure in some buildings or blocks, it's very good. But talking personally about my block, it's not so well built. They do have AC, but they are always leaking. Wi-Fi don't work on several floors. The quality of food is like 3/10, it feels like we are eating something, but we don't know what.
Infrastructure: The main campus is very well made and the infrastructure is unbeatable, but I have given 3 stars because the classes for BCA are held in another campus, which is not that good, small, and is 5km away from the main campus. The facilities provided are good, and the Wi-Fi has a very high speed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent with modern labs, smart classrooms, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and a digital library. Hostels are clean and secure with good facilities. Medical and sports amenities are good. The only drawback is the hostel mess food, which is hygienic but average in taste and variety.
Infrastructure: Chandigarh University provides a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. The university has well-equipped labs. The classrooms are air-conditioned and well-structured. The university has a well-stocked library with numerous books. Hostels are also well-managed with a number of rooms. I am fully satisfied with facilities.
Infrastructure: All the faculty members are very polite and friendly in nature, which sets a good vibe for studying. The Wi-Fi connection is working smoothly in the classroom. Labs are clean and well-maintained. Classrooms are comfortable and a fun learning place, and all kinds of books are available in the library with a most suitable environment for studying.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is top class with well-equipped computer labs, smart classrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the campus. Library is spacious with digital resources and reference materials. Hostel facilities are clean and comfortable. The food in the mess and canteen is hygienic and decent. Medical facilities are available 24X7. The campus also provides excellent sports grounds and indoor game areas for overall student development.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available are quite good, like reading rooms, a salon, and a stationery shop. There could be AC in the rooms as per my suggestion. The medical staff are not very cooperative, so this thing should be kept in mind as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is really good. Not only does it look good only from the outside, but also inwards, as there are many tools and instruments for the practical lessons. The only thing that needs improvement is the washrooms. There are also no jet sprays. Other than that, it's all good.
Infrastructure: There are three types of hostel rooms, a four-seater non-AC, a five-seater AC, and a five-seater non-AC. The basic price difference between all hostels is Rs. 10,000, starting with Rs 100,000, then Rs. 120,000, and then Rs. 136,000. Faculty members do not check your room regularly, but if they find an open kettle, there is a chance they may take it and not return it. This did not happen to me as my warden is very friendly.
Infrastructure: The rooms have AC, fan, tube-light, and table. B. Ed students have a balcony for clothes and view. Hostel meals are a very poor experience for me. The food is safe and will not affect your health, but the taste is inconsistent. Sometimes the meals are great, and other times not. Every two days a week, non-veg is served. Students are advised to maintain contact and communication within the campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the departments is really great. The university has provided every facility that is required. The same goes for hostels, both girls’ and boys’ hostels are well-maintained. The quality of food is average. There are separate gyms for each hostel, and there are gym trainers who help you a lot. There is also a medical room in each block of each hostel, where the nurses stay and help you in any emergency situation. So overall, it is great. But the only problem comes with the hos...
Infrastructure: The worst infrastructure ever, they will trick you by showing only one block of the South campus, but then at the end they will say go to the out campus, 7 km away from the main campus, if you do BCA, MCA, from CU. Big lies and the worst marketing tactics. Be aware of this.
Infrastructure: Being a hosteller at Chandigarh University, there were very less facilities given to the hostellers. We just had a bed without in it and no mattress was provided, and just one almirah which was not enough. No AC was provided, whereas the fee for full year was Rs 1,20,000 which was very high. Meal was also not satisfactory. Classes were good but not excellent. In summer, there was suffocation in classes due to high class strength. The fest was good. Tech fest was also good. Infrastructure: There were two types of libraries: a digital library and a normal library. You will find everything in the library, like books, newspapers, journals, etc. All classrooms had fans, whiteboards, and projectors. Clubs were also available. Anyone could join any club and had to perform various tasks in various groups. For sports lovers, there was a sports complex where you could find everything, like a badminton court, football and cricket grounds, a basketball court, etc.
