It is one of the best colleges in Jammu.
Placements: Our college provides many low placements and doesn't provide internships. Companies that offer placements are of low standard and are not throughout the year. Our college does not have a tie-up with big companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has a small canteen that has food items at the usual prices. The infrastructure and buildings are old because it is a heritage college room that is not painted. There are water leakage problems when it rains.
Faculty: Faculty members, course curriculum, and exams are good. Faculty members in our college are high professionals. Examinations are difficult as conceptual questions are asked. The pass percentage is around 60%.
Other: I chose this nonmedical course because of my high interest in science. More practical works should be included and science tours should be arranged. Scholarships are provided to all students under different schemes. NCC, NSS, and many other cultural activities are held throughout the year. Online webinars are arranged with maximum participation of students.

Really good infrastructure and facilities. Good placements in year 2017.
Placements: About 55% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary offered is 32000 and the lowest salary offered is 11000. Assistant professor, deputy lab manager are the top roles offered by our college. About 60%of the students got an internship from our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very big hostel for girls only where they are provided with each necessary facility. Well maintained washrooms are there in the hostels. Wi-fi facility is there in each and every corner of our college and hostel side. Our college has a huge library where 400 students can sit at a time and the library compromises of around more than 6500 books, academic as well as entrance based. There are 12 Labs for medical students and non-medical students where they can perform experiments easily under the supervision of the professors. Mess for the hostel students is also good. The canteen provides a variety of food for the students. NCC And NSS training are also given in our college. Based on which many students get recruited in the Indian army.
Faculty: The teachers are well educated and qualified. Whenever we find any difficulty in any subject we go to the relevant professor and just sort out our doubts. Yes obviously, this course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for each and every field.
Other: 1. I choose this course because I have a huge interest in Science and being in this field makes me able to observe and understand everything that is going around us. 2 I would like to improve the duration of this course. Actually we are given only 4 months for 1 semester which is not sufficient. So I would like to improve the course to 6 months for 1 semester.
