The college has good faculty members but placements and facilities are not very good.

Placements: Placement in civil engineering is not very good. Not every student gets a placement; only about 4 to 5 students secure jobs. So, if you come here, come only to study, not expecting much else. Overall, the university and its placement facilities are not very good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is of good quality. The setting and mess areas are also good. If you stay in the hostel, you will get good food and nice rooms. Some equipment and facilities are not available. The library is excellent and of very good quality. A medical hospital is also available.

Faculty: This university has excellent and supportive faculty. They are all highly qualified and knowledgeable. Smart rooms are also available, and the classrooms are in good condition. Semester exams can be quite difficult, but they are based on the syllabus.

Other: Overall, it is a medium-level university; not the best.

Review about civil engineering in DCRUST.

Placements: I'm from the civil department, and the placement for this branch was not that good. The average placement was provided by every branch, with an average package of 5-6 lakhs per annum, which is just a normal package. Only a few companies come every year. You could say it's an average college compared to DCRUST.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is amazing. We have a huge campus with a large library and an auditorium, along with smart classrooms provided in the departments. However, the condition of the hostels is not very good; they need repairs and proper maintenance. The food in the hostel is not that great.

Faculty: We have good faculty here, including a library and a 24-hour reading room with AC. The teachers are very cooperative, helping us in all aspects of our studies and providing notes. They are also kind in nature. The exams are easy to pass, with a few questions carrying more marks.

Other: I have an interest in civil engineering, so I chose the civil department here. I love designing and want to learn about the infrastructure of large buildings. There is an annual fest named RYTHUM, and some smaller events are conducted by the departments every month.

Satisfied because of faculty and good infrastructure .

Placements: Our course don't provide placements but we can apply for placements in other branches like ECE and CSE. The highest package is 15 lacs per annum. The lowest package is 4 lacs per annum. The average package is 6 lacs per annum. Honda, Syska, Oriental, and Havells are the top recruiters. 100% of internships are offered. Assistant manager is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: Facilities like library are very good; lots of books and journals are there in library. Wi-Fi service is also provided in hostels as well as in the library and in the reading hall but there is no Wi-Fi service at classes. Food at mess is not good and medical facilities are good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful but they don't give good results to students; they are mostly PhDs, some are M.Tech, but some have knowledge while others don't. Teaching quality is good. Semester exams are difficult but some subjects are easy and some are most difficult.

Other: I chose this course because it has so many government jobs in the government sector. The best thing about this course is that it is very interesting as well as very practical. Fests and events like Technova occur, and scholarships are also there.

College life is very hectic because workload is very high.

Placements: About 50% of my seniors get placed and everyone gets an internship. Roles offered by the site engineer. Recruiting companies was Rachna construction, Anshul home, etc. Many of the students opt for further studies like M.Tech. and others for government job preparation.

Infrastructure: The facilities offered in colleges and hostels are very. The food in the mess is also very good and the infrastructure provided by the college is sufficient. Facilities like a laundry room and a geyser are available. Wi-Fi facilities are available in the hostel and the speed of the Wi-Fi is decent.

Faculty: Teachers are good and highly qualified. Semester exams are very tough and pass percentages are very poor. The curriculum is very bad as a lot of other subjects are being taught, like biology, which is totally irrelevant and directly increases the workload.

Other: Events are organized very rarely. The college crowd is very decent.

My college life at DCRUST.

Placements: I am in the civil engineering department, and the placements of the core branches are below average (INR 2–3 LPA), but the placements of the computer science and electronics branches are quite good (INR 8 LPA) and also offer off-campus opportunities. If you have the potential to explore and work on yourself, you will easily get good placements.

Infrastructure: Hostel life is something to make your life hilly and enjoy the best experiences of life. Hostel facilities are nice here, and Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. The library is large enough, and the reading room is open 24 hours a day. Classroom infrastructure is okay, not great. Mess food is served to you on the benches, and the quality is above average. All other facilities, like medical dispensaries and sports, are also available.

Faculty: Teachers in the 1st year are not much experienced but include the Ph.D. students teaching us, but the faculty of seniors are much more experienced and are masters of their subjects. The course curriculum is relevant to the syllabus published all over the state. Exams are a bit tough to clear and require a minimum of 40% to pass, but if you study daily, you can clear easily.

Other: I was getting many branches, but I chose civil engineering because of my personal interests and upcoming opportunities. The best thing about this college is their cultural events and festivals. Students really enjoy them a lot, as they continue for more than a month, and this period is very enjoyable. I would like the quality of teaching education to be increased and the strictness of attendance to be reduced.

You will not regret after taking admission in this college .

Placements: Placement rate in civil deptt is 85 percent and are in both government and private sector. The lowest package of my deptt is 3 Lacs and the highest package is 14 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are like tata and so many mass recruiter are also there. 75 percent students get internship in my course during the 3rd year or 6th semester. Top rolls are manager of the company on the respective branch.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of course is average as the class room of our department are not well furnished but as of CSE and ECE are well furnished but I think this thing dosent matter because the teachers there are well qualified and have a great knowledge and library is centralized AC and a huge collection of books magazine newspapers and many journals are also there in library. Hostel is the best place of our college and have all the facilites like common room, badminton court and volleyball court Indore games in hostel are also there and the rooms are also good having one big almirah and 2 small having a good space in room mess food is also good and the menu made is also very good. Canteen is in shopping complex and open till 2 am in morning for night risers medical facility is available for 24/7 but the staff there is not so good and also there is limited resources but if there is an emergency then there is a big hospital on the main GATE of university,. There are all games available in campus.

Faculty: All the teachers are helpful from the first day and all of them are hardworking and well qualified from the top IIT and NIT and they have amazing teaching style. Quality of teaching varies for the department teachers it is very good but for the visiting faculty is average. Course cirriculam is relevant and makes student industry ready. Semester exams are difficult for those whod don't give a little focus on exams they are not so hard to crack. Passing percentage is also good for my class.

Other: I have a huge interest in civil engineering thus I choose this course. Best thing of the course is helping seniors and amazing faculty in course they must improve visiting faculty teaching first year. Not all are bad but many of them are not dedicated like our department faculty. Fest of the college is RYTHM and events occurs regularly, campus crowd is average, it is in village but not far from city there are many things around like malls, market, theater. I know the scholarship which I applied for, is PMS. Extracurricular activities also occur timely .

Infrastructure: The facilities of library are good and it is fully air conditioned. There is a reading room which is open 24*7 . The quality of mess food is not very good. There are 2-3 canteens which provides decent food at average price. The medical facilities are very good.

Faculty: Teachers are M.Tech and Ph.D. graduates. They are qualified from the top most universities of the country like IIT or NIT etc. The course curriculum is very old and outdated and students can't get placements from studying just the syllabus. They have to learn new skills on their own .

Infrastructure: The facilities in the departmental labs are very good. They provide good knowledge to students and there are highly professionally lab technicians who help in gaining technical knowledge. There are good facilities of sports and games in the university.

Faculty: Teachers are M.Tech and Ph.D. qualified. They are graduates from prestigious institutions of the country like IIT or NIT etc. The semester exams are easy to pass and the passing criteria is 40 percent. If students revise weekly or daily, they can pass easily.
