Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Almost 65% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Ashok Leyland, Maruthi, Tata Motors, and L&T. The top roles offered were maintenance engineer, tool engineer, and product design. Around 67% of students got internships in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college was very good. All facilities were provided in this college. Classrooms were well-maintained. Laboratories were better. There was a decent library in this college. Our campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Drinking water facility was available. Washing machine was provided. There was a common reading room in this college. Canteen was available, and the food quality was better.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified and helpful. All faculty members were Ph.D. scholars. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams were moderate. The pass percentage was 55%.

Review of DSU - Dayananda Sagar University.
Placements: Our college gives us lots of opportunities. Many companies, like Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, TATA, Volkswagen, etc., come and give many jobs to our students. Many students have been placed in many reputable companies with decent salary packages. Our college gives the best placement training for students.
Infrastructure: There are air-conditioned rooms, the best libraries, and the best cafeteria. All sports facilities are available. There are many labs with all equipment. Playgrounds with all the equipment are given to the students. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the campus for the students to reach the best positions.
Faculty: All the best faculty members are provided for all the subjects. Everyone is highly qualified with the best communication skills. The best practical approach is provided. The faculty also gives us placement training. Discipline and time management are the best ideas in our college.
Other: Mechanical engineering was my passion, so I chose it.

College is old, but it's an overall good college.
Placements: My course is CB (Computer Science and Business Systems). It is the first batch to pass out from our college in 2025. I think 20-30 percent of students were placed in campus placements, not exactly. One got a 19 LPA package from Computer Science and Business Systems.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is good at the same college, too. They conduct games between courses and also provide a gift for winning. They conduct games like cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, choo-choo, and throwball. They have commitments to conduct events, functions, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are good. Before the semester exam, they conduct three mid-exams and take the average of 50 and add it to the semester. They make the students study computer languages like C++ from the first year to make them industry-ready. On average, mid-exams must maintain 21 marks out of 50 to write the semester exam.

I am very satisfied with the professors and their teachings methods.

The lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our course are Tata Group, Thermax, Ashok Leyland, General Motors, Siemens, BHEL, etc. Almost 75% of students got internships from our course in companies like Tata, BHEL, Siemens, Ashok Leyland, etc. Top roles are hardware engineers, nuclear engineers, tool engineers, product design engineer sales and marketing engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college is one of the best in infrastructure and is very beautifully planned and looks good. They are giving facilities like free Wi-Fi and labs for practical classes. Classrooms are maintained neat and clean. There is a good library facility for all students to take books whenever they want. Quality facilities are provided in our hostel. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is very good and tasty. For any emergence, we have medical facilities. For relaxation, sports facilities are available on the top floor and students can play whenever they want.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, and some of them are Ph.D. holders. Some are holding Masters in their particular field. They are very knowledgeable and have good capabilities to teach us. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams in our college are not so difficult. The pass percentage of our course is 70 to 75%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. The college and hospital have different departments catering to various medical needs of the general populous. The college has an air-conditioned central library, many canteens, and each department has its own lecture theatre. The best thing about our course is unlike others degree programs, our course covers an ocean range syllabus and it allows us to learn and use various skills that are relevant to many types of employment. Events and fest and cultural activities are held for the benefit of showcasing the talents of students.

Other: I am interested in improving my skills. According to my skills, I took the course, which is my favorite too. The best thing about my course is unlike others degree programs, my course covers an ocean range syllabus, and it allows us to learn and use various skills that are relevant to many types of employment. Events, fests and cultural activities are conducted for the benefit of showcasing talent of students.

Dayanand sagar is best in getting degree in one hand and other hand getting placed in good company.
Placements: 95% of student got placed, the highest package is 21lk, the lowest package is 3.5lk, average package is 6lk. Top companies are Accenture, cognizant, NTT data, axiscad, quest global, pwc, CBRE, and few japanese company.
Assistant software engineer is one of the top role in IT field and in mechanical assistant trainee engineer.
95% of student got internship in different companies.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, Wi-Fi labs, provided with innovation lab, surrounded with good environment, library facility with A/c, medical room, provided with quality of food, good classroom, having efficient lab and sports activities, weekly club activities etc.
Faculty: The teacher are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. Having smart board in every class, daily two hour spending in industrial innovation lab to improve our skills and technology, teacher are so helpful in conducting the sports event, technical fest, and college fest too.
Other: I choose mechanical in Dayananda Sagar University because we have some of the designing software provided in this college where other college do not. Our college has tie up with one of the best automation company that is Bosch rexorth most of the student do use of their time in those lab to improve their knowledge and akill.

I am satisfied because of infrastructure and equal placements opportunities.
Placements: I am from 2020 pass out final year mechanical student. Less than 50% of the students were placed, but all the student were given equal importance in placements. The highest salary package offered was about 35 to 40 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was about Rs. 15,000 to 17,000 per month. Almost all the top companies visited our college for conducting campus drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good, and there are no complaints about Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, etc. Washrooms were always kept clean and neat, and washrooms fittings were used with high quality of material for maintaining premiums. I was travelling from home, and I don't have any idea about hostel facilities.
Faculty: Teachers here were good and trying to teach quality education all the time. They were highly knowledgeable in a different field, and they are helping students in a difficult situation. Only a few teachers wear on the rough side, and they give many assignments and fewer marks in internals.
Other: I have chosen this course because mechanical is my all-time favourite course. The best thing about our course was labs which were easy and fun to learn. Events, fest and extracurricular activities were conducted on the main campus which is Dayanand Sagar College, Kumaraswamy Layout Bangalore. However, travelling was very far.

It is one of the best university.
Placements: About 60% of the students successfully got placed in core companies. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Mostly everyone in the course did one internship. Almost 90% of the students did an internship in most of the core companies.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms and labs are good with equipment. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus. Food served in the hostel is average, and the rooms are good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are friendly and highly educated. They are very flexible in class. They are very helpful, but sometimes they are not available. Their teaching quality is the best. All courses are always based on the industry point of view so it makes the students get an idea about how it actually happens in the real world., which makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like designing and thought mechanical would be the right choice. The course is at its best, and nothing should be improved. Many events are not organised on the campus as the campus is small. Scholarships are available for the students.

Placements depends entirely on the student. As per my knowledge, many good companies participate in campus placements and you can expect average package of INR 56 LPA for CSE branch. However, some students gets as high as INR 12 LPA and some gets as low as INR 3.5 LPA.
