EEE department placements in GIET.
Placements: Giet University is excellent university in Odisha and it provides decent placements. 80 percent of students are placed in different companies. The highest package is 23LPA, the lowest package offered is 3LPA and the average package is 5 to 6LPA. Top companies are TCS, Accenture, Mahindra, and Wipro. 90 percent of the students got internship from our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is good. Facilities are also good. Wi-Fi available. Lab also decent and AC present. Classrooms are also decent. Hostel facilities are decent. Hostel mess food is not good and also inside the hostel a paid canteen is available. Medical facilities are also good for sports, with all the necessary equipment available.
Faculty: Faculty of this college is not good. Their teaching quality is very good. They are all qualified and educated. This course is not curriculum relevant and it does not make industry ready but if a CSE course is chosen then good. Semester examination is easy for our course and 80 percent of students in our course find it easy to pass it.
Other: All facilities ]activities are conducted as per the time and free time of our course.

College is very good, teachers are friendly, and they give placement to almost all the students.
Placements: 95% of students got placements from the college. In my stream, the electrical and electronics department 9 LPA, 3 LPA and 5 LPA are the highest, the lowest and the average package offered. Tech Mahindra is the top recruiting company for our course. Almost all students got an internship at Optcl in a managerial post.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good in classes, in the library all books available and in labs all equipments are available and give to practice to do practical the students. Give us free 2 GB Wi-Fi and full security in the hostel. Food quality is not good, the medical facility is much better, and all sports and games of the playground are available on our campus.
Faculty: Teachers are good, they taught us frequently, and cleared our doubts. Every year, our department goes on a study tour for an industrial visit to a power generation area. In the semester, questions are tricky and sometimes easy if students can understand the concept, and the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I have the passion and love to work in this field. I think we should move to renewable energy resources. Many events and fests are conducted by the college, and scholarship portals are also available for OBC, ST and SC students.

Absolutely satisfactory college.
Placements: Mostly, 90% of students are getting placement from here. According to my knowledge, top companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. come for hiring. The highest package in college is 29 LPA, but in our department it's 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is just amazing, with an excellent view. The classrooms are well organized and proactive. The lab facility is also excellent, with well-equipped resources. There is also a Wi-Fi facility available 24 hours a day for free. A central library is present.
Faculty: There is good faculty in our college. They are well-qualified and have good knowledge and experience. Their style of teaching encourages the students to work hard, and their behavior makes the students feel more comfortable. The students can easily clear their doubts. Semester exams are quite easy.
Other: Teach Fest is the must-attend celebration held here in the month of December. Scholarships can be applied for through the Odisha state portals.

The most satisfactory university.
Placements: Mostly 90% of students are getting placements from our department. Top companies are Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Ignite, etc. The highest package from our department is 9 LPA, and average salary package is 3 LPA. This university provides excellent industrial visits.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this university is excellent. The setup of this university is well-organized. Classrooms are also well-organized. There is Wi-Fi everywhere in the department. The lab facility is also very good. There are different sports with gym present on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified with M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees with high specialized experience in teaching. Their way of teaching is something related to an experiential base. This will create an eagerness to study. Semester exams are quite hard but well deserve to secure pass mark by clearing the concepts.
Other: The tech fest and other Ignite festivals are organized in a very proactive manner.

Amazing college.
Placements: As per my knowledge, 80% of students are getting placement from the campus drive held by the university. Top companies like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys come to hire students. This college also provides internships during the summer by calling experts from outside.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is just amazing. The organisation of this university with a specific lab is just interesting. Here, the lab facility is excellent as I am an electrical engineering student. The equipment is available in the lab just enough to do experiments. There is Wi-Fi available in every department for free.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is excellent, but some are basically from their native places only. Their qualifications are M.Tech and Ph.D. holders. The semester exams are quite moderate, but you have to study to secure a good CGPA. Basically, the passing mark is 28 out of 100.
Other: I chose this college because my brother got a placement at Infosys from this college.
