Good learning experience at GNDU with a supportive faculty.
Placements: Placements for the BCA course are okay and mostly depend on how much effort a student puts in. Around 40-50% of students get placed, and many find jobs on their own. The average salary is around 2-3 LPA. Internships are also available in small IT companies, and common roles are IT support, junior developer, and customer support.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good and well-maintained. Classrooms and labs are properly set up and comfortable for regular use. Wi-Fi and library facilities are available for students. Hostel rooms are clean and manageable, and the food in the mess is decent. Sports, medical, and other basic facilities are also available, making campus life smooth and comfortable.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated, and they treat the students with respect. They teach properly and clear all the doubts. The course, like BCA, is a very good course for starting a good career, and the college makes every effort to make the students ready for the interviews and placements. The difficulty of the exams is okay, as long as students prepare for the exam sincerely, they can get good marks easily.
Other: The students and the faculty members are friendly. Many students come from different states to study here. They don't feel bored or alone on campus. GNDU celebrates every festival and organize youth festival every year, which is very enjoyable for everybody.

Faculty members are well-qualified, but placement through this college seems next to impossible.
Placements: Placement is almost zero. Only 5–10% of students get placed, and the same applies to internships. Many top recruiting companies offer very good packages, but I haven’t seen any link between this college and those companies (campus placements are almost zero). You just get qualified, not educated.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not bad. It is good enough to stay focused. Surroundings are also clean and tidy. There are no issues with the infrastructure because the classrooms are spacious. Moreover, the library also has a large volume of books in every niche.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly as well as qualified to teach their specific subjects. The quality of teaching is good enough to help students score well. Semester exams are not very difficult to pass if you follow the guidance provided by teachers.
Other: At this college, many extracurricular activities, scholarships, youth festivals, and sports events are conducted every year. It enhance students’ enthusiasm to participate.

Nightmare on campus overpriced, underwhelming experience.
Placements: I am currently pursuing BCA, but I know from my seniors about placements that are given in our college. Only 5 students out of 50 get placed. The highest package provided by my college is 12 LPA. Reliance is the top recruitment company. 10% of students get internships from my college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi connection in our lab. Out of 40 computers, only 10 computers work properly in my college computer lab. Fans in my class are too slow, and some light bulbs are broken. There is not a single drinking water connection in my college. If I want to drink water, I have to buy it from outside the college because there is no canteen in my college.
Faculty: Teachers are so good and supportive, they provide guidance whenever we want. Every teacher here is qualified to be our teacher. The teaching quality is the best in our college. Exams in my college are too difficult. You can't pass them without studying. I have to prepare for exams at least one month before they start. The pass percentage in one class is 25% in our college.

The ups and downsides of college.
Placements: In my college, 120 out of 400 got placed in our college, which is 30%. The lowest package offered in our course is Rs. 30,000, the average is 3.80 LPA, and the highest is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Google and Microsoft.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are not bad but not good. The infrastructure of our college is bad the canteen is not well-organized, and washrooms are very dirty. Classrooms are bad, some classrooms are good and benches are comfortable. Wi-Fi is bad.
Faculty: The teaching qualities are good and friendly we discuss all the problems regarding the subjects. The difficulty of semester exams depends on how much we study. The pass percentage of our exam is 40%. Course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I chose this course to gain more knowledge about computer applications. The best thing about this course is we learn C language. I wish to improve in this course is updating and studying new PC parts.

I am very disappointed because of placements but teachers are good and provide scholarships.
Placements: Only merit students get admission to this college. No placements are provided at this college. Only Flipkart enter our college to hire students whose package is only 1.20 LPA. Also, internships are not provided at this college. If we want to get internships then we can apply off-campus. There is no role in the course, they just given courses to collect money.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is just looking like a construction site. In summer, fans are also not working. Infrastructure of our college is also very old time. Food is much average. Sports are good in our college. There are many games in which we can participate.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, good, and qualified. They teach well. Mostly they use English language to explain something. They make students ready for industry. Exams are pretty much hard but students also do very hard work for exams.
Other: I chose BCA course because it is good and feels pretty much cheaper. In this course, we can grow our technical information. Mostly this course is practical, not much theory in it. Scholarships are also provided at this college every year if we have good marks.

Affordable for students from weaker sections of society.
Placements: Placement options were quite good for IT department. Placement percentage was approximately 5%-10%. Companies in which students were placed include TCS, Infosys, and some local companies like OverIT, Grow by 10, etc. Top roles offered include system administration, website development, support executive, IT coordinator, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities facilities like hostel and mess were just fine, but canteen facilities have improved a lot in recent years. Infrastructure in the IT department was really good. Labs were well-equipped. There was smart class facility. Paid Wi-Fi was available for students.
Faculty: The faculty of our college was amazing. Teachers were very helpful and motivating. This course was really useful for students who do not want to spend a lot on pursuing courses like B.Tech CS but are interested in this field. Semester exams were as per GNDU syllabus. Difficulty level of the exams was average.
Other: I chose this course as I had a lot of interest in this field. I had already done freelancing in website development and wanted to learn more. I could not spend a lot on my fees, so I pursued this course. It would have been better if the syllabus was updated to the latest technology. They were a lot of events that kept happening in our college, like the annual youth fest, Gyan Ganga, inter-college quizzes, and all the students were given an equal chance to participate.
