College days are an exciting part of life.
Placements: Some of our seniors have been placed in various institutions and companies throughout the country. The highest package offered is 7 lacs per annum, whereas the lowest is 3 lacs per annum. Some recruiting companies are Cipla, Zintec, etc. Almost all students get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are well developed at our college. Labs are well-equipped with all types of instruments. The library is in good condition. Classrooms are well designed and equipped with smart classes. A Wi-Fi facility is available. Hostel conditions are good and the mess facility is average. Canteen food is not good. There are sports clubs in college responsible for conducting games and various activities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful as well as supportive in nature. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable people. Their teaching experience and quality are brilliant. This course is very relevant to those who want to pursue medical jobs in the future. Semester exams are tough but can be cleared by efficient study. Pass percentage is about 80–90 percent.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in pursuing a job in medical field. There is need to enhance practical knowledge in our field. Various events are organized, such as the Ananta Fest, the Rudraksha Fest, etc.

College life is the best, and it has low fees and the best teachers.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Pharmacy from HNBGU batch 2020-2024. There are a total of 60 seats in our college for the same course. Placements are not good here. Your knowledge matters for placements. If you have enough knowledge about pharmacy, then you can get a starting salary of 15,000-20,000 in any pharmaceutical industry. There are many companies like Caddila, Mankind, Cipla, Sun Pharma, etc., where you can get a job after completing pharmacy. I don't know about the percentage required for an internship. But the internships are very good. Companies are the same for internships as well. Drug inspection roles are offered. After completing Masters, you can become a professor in any institute. You can also start your own businesses by opening a medical store, medical agency or a pharmaceutical company.
Infrastructure: The facilities are not that good compared to other private universities. But the course fee is low. The infrastructure is good. The campus has a better environment for study. Wi-Fi is available in the department. Labs are average. Classrooms are average. The library has enough books that you get free of cost for studying. The hostel is provided based on your 12th percentage. Approximately 60% of students get the hostel. The hostel mess food quality is fine. The canteen is currently closed. Medical facilities are available on campus. It is a good university for sports and gamers, and the campus has a huge ground, stadium and also a gymnasium.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable, well educated and teach well. This course is curriculum relevant. It makes students industry-ready. B.Pharma has 8 semesters, and each semester has 2 sessional exams and main semester exams. The passing percentage depends on your preparation. 70-80% of students pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course because B.Pharma provides many options like own business, jobs in pharma industries, and government teacher jobs in any university/institute. If practical work is more than theory, then students can gain more knowledge. HNBGU is a central university of Uttarakhand. The campus is the best for studying. Scholarships are also provided for many students (not for 100%). NCC and NSS activities are also present.

    I want to know about the latest cutoff information for B.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Science at HNBGU.

    To pass the examination in any subject, the minimum passing for any component (head) is 40%, subject to the condition of a 50% aggregate requirement for semester passing. (i.e. 1100 total marks student has to obtain a minimum of 50% marks = 550 marks for semester passing.)

    The lastest Cutoff information for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma. )  at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) is you need to get 50 or more percentage of score in 10+2  subjects Physics, , Chemistry , Mathematics.

    You need to appear in state level entrance test like UPSEE.
