The faculty members, our seniors and mentors are very helpful and supportive.

Placements: 95 percent of students were placed in our course. 5 lac was the highest package, the lowest was 3 lacs and the average was 6 lacs. top recruiting companies are Amazon, Google, Tata, Wipro, LINUX, Microsoft, etc. And our chief guests are also indulged in the recruitment of our batchmates, like Infosys boasts.

Infrastructure: There is 24*7 availability of Wi-Fi, food delivery, medicine, water, pads, etc. The rooms of hostels are like 5-star hotel rooms, and we also have attached AC and geysers in washrooms. The wardens and gym coaches takes care of our diet and daily routine and we play badminton in our own badminton court and also play cricket in nets.

Faculty: The teachers of our college are well experienced and well trained. Their way of teaching is very good and understandable, and they are well qualified. Our college made the stu industry ready from the very 3rd semester through special batches like S60, and the university uses batches. The semester exams are mid-difficulty, but still, the percentage of students passing is 85%.

Other: I chose this course because I have been interested in it since my childhood and have dreamed of becoming an engineer. The study criteria of our college are good and improving so we are already improving. We conduct many big functions, like the spontania 2k24, which was just held a few weeks ago and many hackathons as well.

Placements: In the B.Tech CSE branch, 60% of students were placed. The highest package is 16 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.80 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys. The internship is not provided by the university. In CSE, there are various roles offered to students, such as software developer, web developer, or more.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the university are pretty good. The infrastructure of the university is also good. The academic buildings, labs, and library are well maintained. Wi-Fi facility is available in hostels and classrooms. Air-conditioned classrooms are available. The quality of food is average. The hostel is affordable.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful and kind. They are well-qualified Ph.D. knowledgeable. The faculty members are very polite to students; they listen to students' problems and try to solve them. The curriculum for B.Tech CSE provides a strong foundation in CSE. The semester exams are easy.

Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software developer. I want to increase my problem-solving skills. The university conducts a fewer number of events or fests.

It has nice teachers. It has nice placements every year and a good infrastructure.

Placements: Since I am in the third year. Our placement has not started yet. In my senior 2021-2025 batch, almost 60-70% of students get placed. The average package is 5 LPA. The highest package of all time at the university is 65 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college are Microsoft, Pisoft, Infosys, and Zscaler. The internship part is up to the students, as no prior companies come to our college for internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college department is pretty good as they provide fully air-conditioned labs and classes for practical work and lectures. There is a good connection of the D-link Wi-Fi for which students have to fill out the form to get access. The quality of infrastructure in our hostel is not quite optimal for all types of students who want to live in the hostel. The food is quite good. It has quite reliable medical support. There is availability of a basketball court and two fields to play football and cricket.

Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. All faculty members are qualified enough to give good knowledge about the subjects they teach. The course curriculum, I think, and the review of many students, they thought was pretty outdated. They need to change the curriculum so that students need to be properly ready for the industry. Semester exams are relevant to the core concepts of the curriculum. If students are good conceptually, they can score well on semester exams. The pass mark in the semester exams is 24 out of 60.

Other: The course I chose is relevant to the industry requirement, as the demand for computer science and engineering is rising in every aspect of life. The best thing about the course is that it makes us understand the logic behind the code, or the syntax. It helps us develop our logic to improve, and it can improve our curriculum and some type of teaching. Small events on various occasions are continuously held between our semesters. There is an NSS event in our college. There is a scholarship for students belonging to the state.

Review of I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University - Mohali Campus.

Placements: 95 percent of students are placed in my college. The highest package in my college was 50 LPA. Google, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Tata, and Mahindra are the top companies that come to our college for placement drives. Seventy percent of students do internships with different companies, and some also intern within the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very nice. There are two bigger libraries with full AC. In the library, approximately five hundred students can study together. The whole campus of our college has Wi-Fi facility. The food quality is very nice and the taste of the food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and very talented; they all have earned their Ph.D. Their teaching style is very nice and helpful, and the teachers are very kind. They make students industry-ready by giving some extra classes on the latest technology. Semester exams are easy, and the passing percentage is 75 percent.

Other: This is a technical course, so I have chosen this course. We got placed with a good package in this course, so I have chosen this. Every month, there is a special event for the students.

Placements: Many students have secured placements in various companies like Cognizant and Zscaler. A percentage of students have also obtained internships in different companies, with several students receiving offers for software engineer roles. The highest package offered is 18 lakhs, while the lowest is 2 lakhs.

Infrastructure: The hostel room is excellent and quite spacious, with separate bathrooms and balconies. Wi-Fi is available on every floor. However, the quality of the mess food is not up to par, and the caretaker charges extra money for the room. Some students may end up lending money to others.

Faculty: Educators will possess high qualifications such as Ph.D., M.Teach, and M.Phil. They will receive strong support. The semester exams are challenging, but occasionally they may be more manageable, allowing students to pass with ease. The duration of the exam is typically around 3 hours, and the quality of education is excellent.
