Yes, IIIT Delhi offers MTech across different specialisations. The two-year course is divided into four semesters. All the courses are credit-based programmes. Admission to the courses is entrance-based followed by an interview round. The accepted entrance examinations are GATE, PGCAT-IIITD, and GAT-B.
