No, you can't take admission in M.Tech at IIIT Delhi without appearing for the GATE exam. The institute offers this two-year full-time programme at the postgraduate level. IIIT Delhi offers four-year BTech course in nearly 10 specialisations. The mode of study is full-time. Admission is granted based on JEE score followed by JAC Delhi counselling. Mentioned below are some of the available course specialisations:
