This college has all the top facilities and faculty members are also very good.
Placements: About 100% of students get placed as it is a professional course so there is no such placement but students have their setup. About 10 LPA is the average packet offered. AIIMS fortis 100% got an internship in college only. It provides many roles as a practitioner and junior resident.
Infrastructure: As it is a central university so all the facilities and faculty members are top notch. They provide all the curriculum high maintenance labs, and Wi-Fi all around the campus. The hostels are very good, and also all the things are good, the canteen is also good. Medical facilities are also good with medicine, the sports complex is also there.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and there is mentor-mentee interaction, teaching quality is also very good. This course is very good as it makes us doctors. The patient flow is also good so makes us good doctors. Semester exams are also at a tougher level, to pass we need 50%.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a doctor. As we become doctors and curve people. Many irrelevant things are in this course that are not necessary for BDS. Campus events and fests are top-notch.

Our college provides excellent clinical skills for graduation.
Placements: Placements do not occur in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) because students are fully skilled in clinicals. It is an advantage of being a Jamia Millia Islamia student. Sometimes, in job interviews, they offer students a position just by hearing the name because of the skills that have been given to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. All classrooms are fully air-conditioned. There is a smart board in each class. The central canteen is located near the faculty. Wi-Fi is available to all Jamia Millia Islamia students. The hostel seats are fewer compared to the number of students in the faculty.
Faculty: The course syllabus is according to the Dental Council of India (DCI). Like all dental colleges, a dental hospital is located inside the college, and there are many patients. The industry and education connection is very good. Exams are very smooth, but students have to study hard. The percentage is 50%. It is like all professional courses.

JMI BDS has proficient teaching.
Placements: BDS witnesses high placements, with around 90% success, the highest package is 12LPA, the lowest is 4LPA, and the average is 6LPA. Top recruiters include Apollo Hospital and Fortis. Almost all students secure internships. Top roles vary from a general dentist to specialized fields like oral surgery.
Infrastructure: Jamia offers good facilities, Wi-Fi is available in hostels and campus, well equipped labs with modern tools and dental chairs, and a comprehensive library. Hostel facilities are decent, though the food quality in the mess and canteen is excellent. Adequate medical facilities and opportunities for sports and games.
Faculty: JMI BDS teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring a positive learning experience. Teaching quality is commendable. The curriculum is relevant, preparing students well for the dental industry. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with a reasonable pass percentage.

Jamia Millia Islamia, faculty of dentistry.
Placements: Jamia Millia is one of the top colleges for dentistry. If crack meets then u get a chance for admission. There is an internship with a stipend of 32 k and all internal students can join. A dentist who passes out from these colleges is earning more than MBBS and is working at good places like AIIMS Delhi, who, health ministry, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs are excellent with full AC and there is a large sports complex also. There is a health center for staff students and teachers. In the central canteen, u get all types of food at minimal prices. There is a canteen also in each department. Lecture rooms are artfully air-conditioned. Lab materials are enough for students so that each can do with his or her hand. The library is separate for dentistry where u can find all the books of foreign and Indian authors and this is also fully air-conditioned. U can also avail internet facilities in the library. Besides this, there is a large central library where u can get other books than your course and a big reading hall with AC and Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers are punctual, experienced, and have good nature towards students. Many teachers are helpful to poor students too by helping them financially. If u have doubts in study u can approach them any time besides classes. All internal examinations are done with strictness to provide the student with the environment of final university exams. There will be a viva voice after each chapter is completed. You get many chances to do your practicals in the lab to learn.
Other: You should try Jamia as this provides u platform for building your future along with keeping the culture alive. You will learn NIT only about dentistry but also about the value of time and managing responsibility and problems of life.

It is the best dental college in India, with great patient exposure at the undergrad level.
Placements: Many students start their clinics during their internships, and students many get jobs in government hospitals. Students can opt for either MS or can work in the private and public sectors. Many students also opt for abroad studies, and for that matter, our university tops.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very beautifully built, and it surely enhances students' minds to study better. Classrooms are modern, and labs are completely equipped. The library has all sorts of books, and references books of almost every author are also available. Hostel facilities are great, and the food is also good. Wardens are helpful, and the decorum is well-maintained.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified. They are working both as our teachers and doctors, so it gives us extra exposure to patients. They are very helpful in and out. The course curriculum is the most appropriate. Also, as we are exposed to patients, we surely learn more than desired. Semester exams are to the point, with checking clinical applications of any concept.
Other: I have chosen this college because it is the best dental college in India. Also, the university has a lot of other extracurricular things to go for. The campus is huge, and the crowd is also friendly. I like being in college.

It has really good faculty members and infrastructure, but there are few negative points.
Placements: I think JMI is best for BDS as I have heard that there are both college and hospital facilities. They teach students by conducting many experiments. More than 60% of students get placed in JMI dental hospital, which is situated on JMI campus. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Almost 90% of students got a chance for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent here because there are many facilities on our campus like Wi-Fi, laboratories separately for all subjects, etc. Classrooms are very good with the digital medium. The library is small, and many of the students do not use it. The canteen is good, and the staff member of the canteen behaves very well with students.
Faculty: The teachers here are very experienced and helpful except for 1-2 teachers who just come to teach. Otherwise, all the teachers are good and explain everything with experiments, examples, etc. They also have fun with students from time to time. JMI offers only BDS, and I think it should offer MBBS also. However, about 80% of the students pass from here.
Other: You should choose BDS because this university has its own hospital, own college and a secular university.

I am highly satisfied to choose dentistry from Jamia.
Placements: Almost 50 students can be accommodated in a single batch in a year. I am highly satisfied that JMI is the dream college of many aspirants, not only because it is in Delhi, but its placements are awesome. Paid internships are offered here, and also clinical from the third year onwards gives you much experience.
Infrastructure: Facilities and faculty members are top-notch. You can go to the library whenever you want. Laboratories are the best. I highly recommend everyone to make Jamia one of their choices during NEET counselling. They have a huge campus, so students can have a lot to do. You can enhance your personal development.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated. The curriculum is top-notch. Students are taught everything that they would never feel that they are in dental or MBBS college as it is the same. Every subject is briefly explained, and all the important things are taught.
Other: Our college shares a huge campus and offers a range of courses. Due to this, many events and fests are conducted to enhance your resume and personality. I recommend considering it as an option. Dentistry is amazing, and I am highly satisfied to choose it.

I am highly satisfied with the academics.
Placements: Among the batch of 40 students, last year, at least 6 of them cracked AIIMS and NEET PG entrance examination with top All India ranks. Few of our seniors were able to join Army Dental Corps and the junior residency at government dental colleges across the country. We are offered paid internships for a year after our final year with a lot of patient exposure as it is a government setup, but covid has slowed a bit. Since there is no postgraduation in our college, undergraduate students get to work on patients with special cases also, which is by far the best experience. If you are willing to work hard, you can opt for this college.
Infrastructure: I stay in the hostel only. The hostel campus is pretty clean. For hygiene and sanitation, I would rate it 3 out of 5. The mess food is average, and vegetarian and non-vegetarian are served. A maid comes to clean the room every day. We have a study and a recreational room in the hostel as well. Medical facilities available are not that good. Our college campus is big as there are many dental departments with an OPD setup. The library here is the best. Labs and classrooms are clean with all equipment. There is a whiteboard and projector in every classroom. However, the Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time. For the canteens on the campus, I would rate them 2 out of 5. Overall, according to the fee they take with the government set up, the services offered are quite satisfying.
Faculty: Exams are quite stressful here. Teachers are a bit strict regarding the curriculum and exams. The syllabus they teach is quite to the point, and they keep telling us what is important so that our time is saved. The clinical work pressure is very high here. When it comes to patients, teachers become very strict, which is for our good only. The pass percentage is 50%. Overall, you can be a very good dentist after studying here. Teaching faculty members are excellent at our college, according to the past results.
Other: We are a batch of 40 students. I have always been passionate about the health field. Therefore I decided to pursue dental surgery and be a smile maker. I wish the number of jobs to be increased in our field as they are very less. We are left with 2 or 3 options and specifically to crack NEET PG. If it increases, we won't be stressed much about our future and focus more on studying properly. Events and fests are not organised yearly, and extracurricular activities are not much. Sports and other competitions are also not organised. For life outside academics, I would rate 2 out of 5. The campus crowd is good with lots of competitive students, and you can seriously learn a lot here.
