Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education offers a large diversity of courses to students in various fields. Kalasalingam University admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. Students seeking course admissions must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for any of the prescribed entrance exams such as JEE Main, CUET, NATA, among others.

JEE Main 2025 exam date for Session 1 was January 22 to January 31, 2025, and Session was conducted from April 2 to April 9, 2025. NTA (National Testing Agency) announced the JEE Main 2025 exam date. The seat allotment results for Round 4 to Round 6 begain in July 2025.

Also the minimum score in class 12 is also required and then based on their overall score, admission is given to different courses.

Yes, candidates can pursue a BSc at Kalasalingam University after Class 12 without a Science stream. However, candidates can only pursue selective BSc courses at KARE without a Science stream, i.e., BSc in Catering Science & Hotel Management and BSc in Visual Communication. To get admission into these courses, candidates irrespective of any stream, can apply, but they must secure a minimum aggregate of 50%, and in the selection process for these BSc courses candidates must qualify for KREE/CUET-UG/Merit.

Selection criteria: Kalasalingam Engineering Entrance Exam (KEEE)

Eligibility: A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for the BTech course. Candidates appearing in MPC are eligible to apply for all the BTech courses.

Candidates appearing in BPC are eligible to apply only for BTech Biotechnology and BTech Food Technology.

Students holding high school Diploma issued by Northwest Accreditation Commission– US (NWAC-US) are eligible by providing an equivalent certificate issued by the association of Indian University (AIU) for BTech courses.
