Kota University conducts the application process for BSc online. The application process for a BSc is INR 500. No application will be entertained in any condition after the last date of admission as given in the university notification. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before commencing the admission process. Candidates can refer to the following UOK admission process to confirm their seats in the preferred BSc programme:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the university.

Step 1.2: Select the ‘Student Corner’ and click on the 'Online Admission 2022-23'.

Step 1.3: In the next window that opens, click on the 'Fill Online Admission Form' link.

Step 1.4: Enter your name, mobile number, and email address to create a login ID.

Step 1.5: Login and complete the application form.

Step 1.6: Upload the required documents.

Step 1.7: Pay the application fee and submit the application.

Documents required:

The list of documents (scanned copies) required at the time of application at Kota University is given below:

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Recent colored photograph
• Signature with black pen on white paper
• Aadhaar Card
• Domicile certificate
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Economically weaker section (EWS) certificate, if applicable
• Physically handicapped (PH) certificate, if applicable
• Documentary proof for claiming bonus marks
• Migration/ Transfer certificate
• Annual income certificate of father/mother/family

Kota University doesn’t offer any scholarships to the students. However, the office of the dean at UOK Kota makes sure of the processing /disbursement of the financial support provided by various agencies. The university students are eligible for the following UOK scholarships:
