Average college to get admission.
Placements: As half of the year has passed, 20 students out of 90 have been placed. Most placements depend on mass-hiring companies. Apart from that, only a few companies, around one or two, visit for big packages. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest package is 3.6 LPA. The average package is 7 LPA. Companies like TCS and Accenture visit the campus. Only 2–3% of students get placed in Accenture. Myntra and JSW also visit. The roles offered include Software Engineer and AI Engineer.
Infrastructure: A second building for the IT branch recently opened. Currently, there are two buildings. There are more than five to six labs. Teachers are also available in good numbers. I am a day scholar, so I have no idea about the food. However, as far as I know from my friends, the food is not that good. They are improving it by giving the food services to Haldiram's vendors.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are not too good, but they are okay. Not every teacher is very good. But some of them are very good in terms of knowledge. The course is not completely aligned with the real industry. However, some subjects are asked about in interviews. According to me, as I am a topper, passing these exams is not that difficult. You have to focus on what teachers teach in class. The passing percentage is almost 95%. It may even be higher.

It has good placements, tech events, and hostel facilities, but the mess food is bad.
Placements: I think the placement percentage is high, around 70 percent in Information Technology, but the average and lowest packages are low, around 6.5 LPA and 2 to 3 LPA respectively. The highest package is around 14 to 15 LPA for campus placements. Outside campus placements are higher, with the highest reaching around 60 LPA, and most people taking outside placements get around 20 to 30 LPA. However, the number of people getting outside placements is very small, maybe 5 to 8 percent maximum. Top recruiters are TCS, Infra, and Wipro, and the selection rate is 30 to 40 percent, with around 20 to 30 percent of those getting pre-placement offers.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure include Wi-Fi all over the campus, AI and computer labs, digital classrooms, an air-conditioned library, and a good campus full of trees which is nice for a stroll, along with many playgrounds. Talking about the hostel, recently all hostel rooms are good, but the mess is the worst thing—the food is very bad, with repeated incidents of insects found in the food and very rude mess workers. Medical facilities are also bad and always closed about half of the time. Sports facilities are good, with many grounds in the college and in the hostel itself, game equipment is available, and a gym is also available.
Faculty: The teachers are good, helpful, funny, and very supportive compared to other branches. The curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready, nearly every year, industry-important subjects or topics are added to the exams, and less important things are removed from the college exam syllabus. For example, this year in 2026, two AI subjects are added in the second year, which are the Use of AI Tools and Fundamentals of AI, while the COA syllabus is reduced. Semester exams are easy and no one fails, so the passing rate is close to 100 percent, and the average CGPA is around 7.5 to 8.
Other: Information Technology is the best course in my college as it has the most chill faculty in the entire college, as well as the best placements, which are above Computer Science. Regarding events and fests, they are not that good overall, but the tech events are really very good. The scholarship condition is very good as there is a dedicated cell in the college if you meet the criteria. Outside the college, there are mostly cafes and gyms with nothing else, and the surrounding area is mostly like a jungle. If I suggest an improvement, it is that no internship opportunities are provided by the college for first- and second-year students.

Review of MMMUT B.Tech. (Information Technology).
Placements: Around 80-90% of students from each department get placed in good companies. For CSE/IT branches, there are a lot of companies coming every year on campus for placements like TCS, Josh Technology Group, Ericsson, BNP Paribas, BlogVault, Finnable, etc. The highest package offered is 59 LPA at Uber, but it is off-campus. The on-campus average placement is around 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Even TCS starts from 3.6 LPA and goes up to 9 LPA. The top roles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, AI Engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. You will not face any internet problems throughout the campus. The ITRC and computer labs are also updated with the latest and best computers. The classroom infrastructure is also updated this year with smart boards and AC. The hostel is also good and well maintained. A lot of maintenance is done this year in all the hostels. The mess has gone to Sugandhim Sweet Tender, and they are taking care of cleanliness very well. There is also a small medical facility available on the campus. There is also a sports ground.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members of this college are helpful in every situation. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average. They take regular classes, especially for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students. The course curriculum is also well updated, and it keeps you industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult in this college. One can easily score well by studying a little before the exams. There is one minor and one major exam per semester. One has to score 27+ in the major exam to pass a subject.
Other: I chose Information Technology at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology because it is one of the top branches of this college. The best thing about this course is that I have to study new and evolving technologies in the market, and it is making me industry-ready. There is little updating required, like practical exposure to how students will work after studying B.Tech. There are lots of events and fests conducted every year. Abhyudaya is the annual cultural fest, and Techsrijan is the annual tech fest of this college. Scholarships are also provided to all eligible UP students.

Good faculty, bad professor - student interaction, good placements, awesome college life.
Placements: Placement support is given by the college. Although it's an autonomous college, its ties with government programs keep it a step higher than its fellow contenders. My branch has the highest and best placement ratio. The highest package was 59 LPA from our branch itself. The average goes like 8-10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really great. Each and every facility is provided by the college administration. The hostel might not satisfy some people (which is always the case for every hostel in India). Classrooms are air-conditioned and are well-equipped with digital machinery.
Faculty: The curriculum is what separates our college from others. What you might study in the 3rd or 4th semester, our college makes you well-versed in that subject in the first year itself. Although professors are just the same as those typical Government College professors, I hope you know what I mean.
Other: Do get inducted into different Clubs and Societies. Believe me. It will make a difference for sure. These things in our college are the best. You will get loads and loads of exposure, and you surely will learn a lot. So keep pushing your limits here in events.

I am satisfied. Faculty is good, placements are average, and the infrastructure is good.
Placements: Placement percentage is good. Approximately 85 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 45 LPA this year and the lowest package is 12 LPA. This year Amazon, Reliance, Aditya Birla, and Apollo. 70 percent of students got internships. Roles offered are software developer and engineer. Other roles offered are AIML engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in 2026 because the whole campus is renovated including the hostel and departments. If you want to join this college the infrastructure of the college and the course are good and satisfactory. It is a very good choice according to the infrastructure and greenery.
Faculty: Faculty is good, well-educated, and very helpful. The curriculum is updated and good. According to me the curriculum is industry-relevant and not very much but better. Semester exams are moderate all questions are based on PyQ mainly. Some specific books help you to score well in exams.
Other: College fest and other things are average not very good or bad.

The average package ranges between 5–6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, TCS, Josh Technologies, and DevsLane. Many students also secure internships at companies like DevsLane, DeShaw, and PayPal based on their skills. The top roles offered are SDE, java developer, full stack web developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-developed. All classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with smart boards, audio, and microphone systems. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and each student and faculty member receives a unique ID to access it. The laboratories are well-maintained. The food quality in the mess is average. The mess is managed by the student community. The campus has a clinic for medical facilities. A stadium is available for sports such as badminton, hockey, volleyball, and other games.
Faculty: The faculty members at MMMUT are well-qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable. They teach effectively, and students can easily approach them for help. The course curriculum is relevant and updated according to modern technologies, which makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult. Students can pass by studying a few days before the exam. The passing marks are 15 out of 50 in the major final examination. One minor test and one major exam are conducted per semester.
Other: I choose the Information Technology course to expand my knowledge of modern technologies and move toward software engineering. The best aspect of the course is its relevant curriculum, which does not include unnecessary subjects. The curriculum includes subjects like Web Development, C, C++, Java, and Python. Multiple events and fests are conducted for first-year students. Abhyudaya is the annual cultural fest. Techsrijan is the annual technical fest. Eligible students receive the UP Scholarship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is getting updated every year. There is Wi-Fi available in the whole campus, including the hostels. The labs are also updated. There are the best PC processors established in the ITCA lab. The hostel is also well & good. The mess is run by the students themselves. The hostel mess is also good. There are restrictions for first-year students. There is also a medical facility available in the college itself.
Faculty: The teachers of MMMUT are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They also help us every time we get stuck in any situation. The teaching quality they provided was also kind of good. They take regular lectures throughout the week. The course curriculum of IT is relevant. It includes Java, OOPs, Operating Systems, DAA, and Python, which helps us in future placements. It makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are not very tough. One can easily pass the exam by studying a little before the exam.
Other: I have chosen this course since I have a keen interest in the software development field. Want to explore more tech opportunities. And, as per my rank, I have been allotted an IT course too. The best thing about my course is that it does not have any unnecessary subjects. All subjects included are kinds of use. There are multiple events conducted every month. Abhyudaya is the annual cultural fest conducted. Techsrijan is the annual technical fest. UP Scholarship is provided to all eligible students.

Genuine review of MMMUT College.
Placements: Placement percentage for 2025 batch is 70-80 percent. The highest package (off-campus) is 48 LPA, which is offered by Uber. The lowest package is 3 LPA. Recruiters are HummingWave, BEL, Infosys, etc. Few got internships from Amazon and Google too. One student got placed at CRED, and one student got placed at Zomato. Placement is okay. People are offered roles for SDE and developer too.
Infrastructure: Many rooms have ACs and smartboard. Takshila and Phushpagiri lecture halls have ACs and smartboards but Nalanda doesn't. Every location of MMMUT premises has Wi-Fi facility. Library has many books, it has two floors. Many buildings are being constructed. Hotels are not very good, rooms are very small, and they don't have ACs. Hostel has all facilities of water and electricity. Quality of food varies sometimes it's good and sometimes below the level. We have a playground named Shaheed Bandhu Stadium (CSA). We have gym too. We have an annual sports day every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified. Sometimes they are helpful, sometimes not. Generally they are helpful. Teaching quality is up to the mark. This course curriculum is very much relevant to coder world. It makes us industry-ready and employable. We have AIML in our course too. Semester exams are generally not very difficult. If you study for it, otherwise it will be difficult for you to pass. Pass percentage is very good, it's nearly 95 percent but 80 percent in Maths. As students find mathematics to be quite difficult.
Other: In our batch, we have 138 students in total. I chose this course because it's based on modern technology and innovation. It has an advanced curriculum. Real-world should be included in this course to make it more effective. College life is okay. There are many fests that are held. Students who are from UP do get a scholarship from UP Government. Crowd is mixed up, and you have to discover your type.

Not sure about this .
But 25% seats has increased in previous year in every College and University and for JEE Mains and EWS category you will get 15 % seats using jee mains in EWS you will get more.
Chances are there because most students apply through MET ( Malviya Entrance Test) .
