PES University BTech Admission 2026: How to Apply?
PES University BTech admission process includes multiple steps. Candidates are first required to register for the BTech course and then appear for PESSAT. Find below the steps for PES University course admissions:
1.1: Visit the official website of PESSAT (www.pessat.com) and click on the ‘Admission’ tab
1.2: Choose the course in which you wish to seek admission
1.3: Fill in your details like your name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID in the appeared registration form and hit the 'Submit' button
1.4: Make a payment of INR 1,200 as an application fee. Once the fee payment is done, enter the transaction number and tap 'Proceed to Fill Application' link to complete the application process
1.5: Proceed with application form and upload the scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph, thumb impression and other necessary enclosures in JPG/ JPEG format
1.6: Verify all your filled details and hit 'Submit' to conclude the application process
Slot Booking
After completion of registration, the applicants have to book a slot for PESSAT for BTech admission. This step is valid for candidates appearing for PESSAT. Once the aspirant books a slot, a PESSAT admit card will be issued. Candidates must download their admit card and appear for the exam accordingly.
Selection Rounds
The university shortlists candidates for BTech based on entrance exam scores. PESSAT results are released within three days from the day of the test. The university also accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as KCET and JEE Main. If a candidate wants to compete through JEE Mains quota, he/ she must register separately for BTech and BTech (JEE).
For admission to BTech (Lateral Entry), aspirants need to take the physical computer-based test at PES University. The results of the test are announced on the same day.

The University has not yet published the 2025 placement data. However, the 2024 placement data is out. The the highest package bagged during the PES University placements 2024 was INR 65 LPA. Over 350 companies participated in the drive and presented over 1,500 placement offers to the students.
