There is no requirement for percentage of 12th for any course offered at Ranchi University that requires entrance exams. No, candidates cannot join Ranchi University directly. It's only after fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the particular course they can get admission in to this university. Eligibility for courses offered by Ranchi University varies accordingly.
