SHUATS offers various courses in the field of Agriculture, such as BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, and more. In each of these courses, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total seats are filled through all India entrance tests conducted by ICAR. Moreover, these seats are inclusive of Christian and general candidates.

The official placement report or brochure is yet to be released. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out, which incorporates the 2023 statistics. Out of 50 BPharma graduates 1 was placed in the 2023 drive. Further, 2 out of 6 MPharma students were placed. The average package offered in recent placements is not out yet. As per the NIRF report 2024, the median package offered to BPharma and MPharma students during 2023 placements stood at INR 1.20 LPA and INR 1.87 LPA, respectively. For applying for BTech at SHUATS Allahabad one must have completed 12th from CBSE or UP board with atleat 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category.

After satisfying this criteria, students have to qualify the SHIATS entrance exam. Which completely merit based.

For few courses like agricultural, food technology and dairy specialisation BTech, there is another entrance called SOET (SHUATS online entrance exam)

Yes, SHUATS does extend financial support to Christian students. Students belonging to the aforementioned category can avail Yeshu Darbar Scholarship. These scholarships are available only to poor and needy Christian students. They must submit the following documents while applying:

• Letter of recommendation from the Pastor of the Church duly authenticated by the Senior Pastor or Bishop
• Baptism Certificate/Confirmation Certificate
• Parent's Income Certificate

SHUATS is one of the premier Universities in Allahabad and has been receiving rankings from major bodies in India. As per the 2023 rankings, SHUATS has been ranked 70th in the NIRF Pharmacy rankings. SHUATS Allahabad can be reached via the major modes of transportation. Students can arrive at the Prayagraj Airport and take a short 30-minute drive to reach the university campus. Further, students who opt for railways route can reach the Prayagraj Junction Railway Station and take a mere 20-minute drive to reach Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.
