My review of this college.

Placements: The placement cell of St Xavier's University, Kolkata, creates a platform where students can showcase their talents. Different companies seek to explore and utilise them. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, NestleD, Amazon, HDFC Bank, BookMyShow, Britannia, Pepsico, and other various companies come for campus placements. The average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA, and the highest package is 25 LPA. All interested students can apply to companies they wish to get jobs through the placement cell. T...

It has well-structured academics, decent faculty, and good scope for growth but limited campus life.

Placements: In my course, not many students applied for placements, so I think probably like 5% of students got placements. We do have an idea since I have not applied for placements. 80% of students got internships in companies like Fortis, Apollo, etc. I actually don't have much idea about it. Top roles are offered as nobody applied for placements in my course.

Be cautious of your attendance at SXUK otherwise a good college for your media career.

Placements: I am a B.A. mass communication student from semester 3. About 65-70% of students got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary is around 2.5 LPA. The average salary is nearly 4 LPA. Top recruiters included ABP News, The Times Group, Zee Media, and more PR firms. Around 70% of secured internships in companies like NDTV, Ogilvy, etc.

St. Xavier's University - A hub of knowledge.

Placements: The college has a pretty good placement rate, with big companies coming to the campus to hire its students. The college has a good reputation because of Xavier's name, thus companies and organizations always want to come here and hire the best available students for their firm.

Overall, nice college experience.

Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed from my course. The lowest package is 3 LPA and the highest is 12 LPA for my undergraduate course. Top recruiting companies are EY, TCS, PWC, Zomato, and Deloitte. Almost all students got internships in my course as it is compulsory in companies like Wipro, Pantaloons, and Google.

Absolutely satisfied with the campus infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Around 50% of people get placed in my course, with packages ranging from 3 LPA to 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Deloitte, KPMG, and many more. Roles offered range from Deloitte to KPMG and other top firms. Placements depend on CGPA and attendance.

The minimum score required in XLAT to get shortlisted mainly depends upon number of applicants, difficulty level of paper and category.

The safe score for general category is 65-75+ out of 100 and for SC/ST category it requires 50+ .

The best books to study for exam are Lucent for G.K. and SP Bakshi f

St Xavier's University Kolkata providing admission to MBA specialisation must need to score a percentile of 85 for the General AI category candidates. Further, if a candidate is applying with a OBC category, then he/she must need to score a similar percentile which is 85 to get into the university.

Hi,
You have a chance of getting seat in your desired college with your percentile marks. Over the years, Great lakes will definitely get admission to MBA course at a cutoff percentile of 70 only, and 75 percentile is more than enough to avail the course.
