TISS HRM course overall view.
Placements: There is various opportunities that students get to work in terms of fieldworks wherein every semester students are asked to go to one organisation. There is summer internship opportunity with good stipends. 100% placement and very good roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Very good faculty members and infrastructure. Hostels, Wi-Fi and other infras are provided adequately. Good spaciuos library with access to world class jounrlas amd periodicals. Syllabus is kept updated in order to make it more relevant and matching the standard.
Faculty: Very renowned faculty is there. This is having one of the best students to professor ratio. Faculty members are expert in their respective subjects. Curriculum is designed and kept updated to match up with industry standard. We are allowed to take few subjects of our cboice from other courses too.

- Pre-Interview Test & Personal InterviewShortlisted candidates will be called for the pre-interview test (PIT) and personal interview (PI) based on the score obtained in TISS National Entrance Test (TISS-NET). The pre-interview test consists of a written test conducted before the personal interview. International Students have to take Online International Entrance Test (IET) and shortlisted candidate will be invited for Skype interviews.
- Merit ScreeningAdmission is based on the TISSNET score and performance in pre-interview test and personal interview. Selection parameters and weightages: TISSNET score- 40% Pre-Interview Test- 30% Personal Interview- 30% For International Students, admission is based on the IET score and performance in skype interview.

You need to appear for TISS NET which is usually conducted every year in the 1st Week of January. After that, the results will be declared in the first week of February. These results are just the shortlists for the next leg of the admission process.
