Placements: Without a doubt, the institution is the top human resource management school in Mumbai. Nearly 85% of our class's graduates have found employment on campus at prestigious companies like PWC, Tata Steel, and Aditya Birla Group. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. Internships are required because they offer valuable real-world experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is cute. It is in a convenient location. Our campus includes a physical library, a computer lab, a lab, a function hall, and a digital library. We have three hostels on campus for boys. Shantipur is for girls. Hatigaon and Rudhlipath are for boys. Hostels provide food, a gym, laptops, Wi-Fi, and ground amenities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. The course curriculum is designed precisely and emphasizes startup-oriented teaching. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Almost 80% of students pass. There are two exams in each semester. Mid-term exams are of 30 marks and end-semester exams are of 50 marks.

Placements: It is one of the best colleges for placements. Top recruiters are TCS, Taj Group of Hotels, Nestle, Thermax, Godrej, etc. Almost 99% of the batch got placed with leading positions like manager or management trainee. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 25 LPA.
Infrastructure: I had the most wonderful college life since there was not just academic but also growth in terms of participation in the class activities, group discussion, role plays, etc. There is a Wi-Fi facility, and the library is well-maintained. There is a decent canteen, and medical aid is also available. Sports activities are also encouraged.
Faculty: All the professors are highly qualified and master in their subjects. They take utmost care in encouraging students to think out of the box. The examination pattern is semester wise, and the level of difficulty is high as students are expected to have good subject knowledge and concept clarity. Placements: I am from the batch of 2015-17. Almost 100% of students in our course got placed. The median salary package offered was 15 LPA. All top FMCG companies were the top recruiting companies. Top roles offered is HR generalist. About 100% of the students got an internship, in all major corporates in the country. The placement number has only gone upward, and the course has been ranked as the best by several ranking. This year the median salary package offered is 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: Being a deemed university, all the facilities were appropriate and satisfactory. The institute library is one of the biggest student libraries in the country. The campus is extremely well-maintained with colonial ambience. As the student strength has been increasing continuously, there is a need for hostel up-gradation.
Faculty: Faculty members in our course are one of the best in the country with professional having diverse experience in the industry. The course curriculum keeps on regularly updating and maintaining relevance with the industry.

TISS HRM course overall view.
Placements: There is various opportunities that students get to work in terms of fieldworks wherein every semester students are asked to go to one organisation. There is summer internship opportunity with good stipends. 100% placement and very good roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Very good faculty members and infrastructure. Hostels, Wi-Fi and other infras are provided adequately. Good spaciuos library with access to world class jounrlas amd periodicals. Syllabus is kept updated in order to make it more relevant and matching the standard.
Faculty: Very renowned faculty is there. This is having one of the best students to professor ratio. Faculty members are expert in their respective subjects. Curriculum is designed and kept updated to match up with industry standard. We are allowed to take few subjects of our cboice from other courses too.

You need to appear for TISS NET which is usually conducted every year in the 1st Week of January. After that, the results will be declared in the first week of February. These results are just the shortlists for the next leg of the admission process.
