The best professors and guest lecturers are available in our department.
Placements: I am not sure about placements, but I have seen my seniors getting placements. Students get offers from well-known companies, like Bajaj, private banks, etc. Everyone gets an opportunity to realise their talents and utilise them in the real world. We get exposure to the real world.
Infrastructure: Hostels are available for distance students. The mess is available with proper food. Departments and hostels are within walking distance as it is inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, very friendly, and heartwarming. The course curriculum is very industry-relevant. It covers a maximum and diverse aspects for students and helps students to get prior knowledge of the market. They also help us in decision-making. Exams are up to the standard, and according to my knowledge, 100% of students pass the next semester. The course is very diverse and interesting. We also get exposure in training programs and internships.

Not satisfied with the college life.
Placements: In our batch, there are approximately 200+ students, but only 1-2% of students get placements through the college, and this is the best scenario. Actually, there are no recruiting companies available that provide opportunities to students. If you do manage to get a job, your role might be a salesman or telephone caller.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college are moderate—neither too good nor too bad. The college infrastructure and classrooms are also moderate, but they could be improved. There is no Wi-Fi available. The library has almost every book that students need for their courses. Overall, the environment is nice.
Faculty: The faculty-student ratio is low; there should be more faculty members. The student-faculty relationship could be improved. There is a lack of extracurricular activities. Additionally, the frequency and timing of exams should be more organized, and all terms related to the course need to be clearly communicated to the students.
Other: I chose the course because of my interest. The real-life applications in this course are the parts I like the most. However, if it included more practical components, it would be even better. Our college organizes many events and fests, but they should focus more on extracurricular activities.

You can join our college because it's totally in a good position as a government college.
Placements: In this course, salary packages ranging from 3 LPA to 7 LPA are available. The average package is 5 LPA. Most of the top hiring organisations for this course are financial firms like banks and NBFCs. About 80% to 90% of students who took this course received internships, mostly in banks. Top roles available in our course include bankers, investors, etc.
Infrastructure: The building and facilities offered for our training are excellent, but the Wi-Fi is not available. Labs have low-powered computers. Classrooms are also very beneficial to students. The facilities in the hostel are of good quality, but the quality of food in the mess is not good. Sports and game facilities are adequate.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable in their fields. They also have strong teaching skills. Although this course is not important to the curriculum, it prepares students for the banks. The pass percentage for the semester exams at this college is 25%.
Other: I selected this course because it teaches finance, banking, and many other skills and because the financial market is currently flourishing. I would like to sharpen my abilities. About 90% of the students were enrolled in the course.

The one and only Central University of Tripura.
Placements: Placements at Tripura University are improving every year. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, and TCS visit. Some students even get packages up to 10–15 LPA, while the average is around 3–4 LPA. The placement cell also helps with internships, communication training, and interview preparation. But honestly, placements are better in science and management courses, whereas arts students mostly attend for exams or internships. Overall, it’s decent but still developing.
Infrastructure: My department has good facilities like spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped library with plenty of study resources. The computer labs are decent and regularly updated for practical work. Overall, the infrastructure is satisfactory and supports learning. The hostel is comfortable with basic facilities. The mess provides simple but decent food. The canteen food is better for variety. Medical facilities are available on campus, and we also have sports grounds for cricket, football, badminton, and indoor games. Life here feels balanced with both academics and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: The Commerce faculty is helpful and qualified, teaching with practical examples. The curriculum covers core subjects and builds a strong base, though extra skills are needed for industry readiness. Exams are moderate, with pass rates around 80–90%.
Other: I chose IMD in Commerce because it builds a strong base for careers in business and higher studies like CA, CS, or MBA. The best part is the supportive faculty and well-structured curriculum. However, I wish there were more industry-oriented workshops and internship opportunities. The campus is lively with cultural fests, sports, and extracurricular activities. The surroundings are green and peaceful, and connectivity to the city is good. Scholarships are also available for deserving students, which is very helpful. Overall, the course offers balanced academics with good campus life, though more practical exposure would make it even better.

The area of the university is so big, I never imagined that. Everything is just so good.
Placements: There are 50-60% of students who are placed in the course. Recruitment companies like Bajaj, Wipro, etc. All students can apply for Internship and many more, such as 1 course per semester. IMD in Commerce can offer vast Roles because not only does it teach us about accounting, but also many more, i.e., management, corporate accounting, fundamentals of Statistics, etc.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities available for students so they can study comfortably. They can get Wi-Fi and other e book facilities, and also a computer lab, both in the library and in the department. If we talk about infrastructure, it is definitely good, clean, and comfortable to study in.
Faculty: Teachers are really good. They are knowledgeable, some of them are Ph.D. students, and some of them have completed Ph.D. courses, allowing the students and teachers to connect and study with vast knowledge. Semester exams are not that difficult. They involve knowledge, and Teachers also help us to understand the subject very conveniently.
Other: One of the best courses, and this course is not only reducing 1 year B.Com + M.Com takes up to 6 years, but also giving you the teaching of not only UG but PG too in your early semester. You can learn many more not only Accounting, Management, and Economics, that is the major subjects, but also basic computer, statistics in computer, and many more. There are many programs you can enjoy that are celebrated in the department itself.
