UniPune admission to a majority of PG and UG courses is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. The university offers MCA, MMM, Advanced Diploma, MPH, E-MBA, LLM and M.Lib.I.Sc, among others. Admission to a few courses is completely based on merit in the previous qualifying exam. The university also accepts MAH CET, MAH MCA MET,  CMAT/ CAT/ ATMA and other exams for admission to a number of courses offered at its campus or its affiliated colleges. 

Savitribai Phule Pune University  (also known as UNIPUNE, Pune University and SPPU), is a collegiate public state university. The University is located at Pune, was established in 1949 through Poona University Act and is one of the premier universities in India. Recognised by UGC, it is popularly known as the 'Oxford of the East'. The University is accredited ‘A’ grade by NAAC. With over 40+ academic departments,  10+ faculties and 50+ research centres, the university also has about 300+ recognised research institutes and over 700 affiliated colleges offering UG, PG, diploma, PG diploma, PhD and certificate courses.

UniPune is not very difficult to get admission. Students should qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. Pune University offers admission basis merit and entrance wherein students must secure minimum marks in Class 12 or graduation, depending on the level of course opted. Students should also have valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as ATMA, OEE, GATE, UGC NET or SLET.
