COEP is the regional underdog.
Placements: Offers are comparable to the top 10 NITs in CSE. The average package was 17 LPA, median was 15 LPA for 2025. This year, De Shaw hired someone at 60 LPA CTC. Other branches also have decent placement, but due to doubling the intake, the placement might be affected later. Some companies that visit are De Shaw, Nutanix, Texas Instruments, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the number of students in the location is really low. Mess food is okay. The gym is crowded. Ground is good. Wi-Fi is provided in the entire campus, but sometimes it doesn't work. Located in the city center, so many fun activities around. The overall infrastructure is decent.
Faculty: Being autonomous, they have enacted a choice-based credit system from academic year 25-26 onwards, where students choose the subjects that they like from the given set. This really helps to avoid nightmares like engineering graphics and choose an easy but necessary subject like Python or C.
Other: We have about 6 festivals, Mindspark, Impression, Gathering, Pune Startup Fest, Zest, and Regetta. This year also hosted Roscon 25.

Best college in the Khed Taluka.
Placements: 66 percent of students participated in this course. The maximum start package in this course was 5 LPA. In the commerce field, companies hired students to recruit. Many companies took interns as freshers. HR, associate, and similar roles were given.
Infrastructure: The college campus was very big and versatile. All fields were available. Teachers were very strict and individually concentrated on all of us. Classrooms were neat and clean, and there were cameras. Hostel facility, canteen facilities, and stationery were available in the campus.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was very nice. They individually solved the doubts of each and every student. In the last semester, students performed very well. Absentee percentage was very low, and the passing percentage was very high.
Other: Practical knowledge was also very important to the students. It needed improvement. Thank you.

An average college in Pune.
Placements: The placement is average. Around 60 percent of students got placed (and the last batch had 150 students). The highest package is around 33 LPA, the mid-package is 15 LPA, and the average is about 11 LPA. Some of the main recruiters are Capgemini, TCS, and MiniOrange, along with other tech companies. The roles offered are like Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, CyberSecurity Expert, etc. Around 70 percent of students are offered internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very good and nice. I stayed there for my whole FY. We have fast Wi-Fi, alternate-day cleaning services, food delivery options, hot water, and vending machines. It is a 12-story hostel. We also have medical facilities available, and the management hosted events for us. About the food, it is horrible and very bad. I did not like it, but the hostel is great.
Faculty: The teachers are average, and there are a few exceptions. Mostly, I have to rely on online sources for a better understanding. The course is mostly focused on my field, but it has a few important subjects, and I understood their importance in the end. The difficulty is medium. You can pass easily, but to score merit, you have to study and have good attendance.
Other: This course is the best option I have, that's why I chose this course. The best thing about my course is that it's relevant in today's time. I would like to have more practical sessions in my course and not just theory. The events were non-existent and land. The campus is clean, so that's a plus point. It has many good clubs in the motorsport and technical domains. The crowd is not my type, and I just don't really resonate with them.

Placements are not good, Don't take admission in this college.
Placements: Around 40% of students are placed to date. The highest was around 11 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. Companies visited include Principal Global Services, Cognizant, Cytel, ARAI, MortgageKart, etc. The college doesn't provide much help with internships, so we have to search for internships on our own.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in computer labs and the Training & Placement Office. Labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. Air conditioning is also available in all computer labs. Classrooms are well-equipped with smart TVs. The library area is also good, but the mess facility is not good.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, and they give proper guidance during practical exams. Teachers are well-qualified and have good knowledge of their domain. Now the college has become autonomous, but my course is still under SPPU, so the course is far behind current technology.
Other: I've got the opportunity to get admission to PICT college in the ENTC branch, but I want the Computer Branch. So that was my biggest mistake. Don't go for the computer branch, because in PICT college, for all branches, placement is nearly the same. So if you take the ENTC branch, you are also eligible for computer placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the separation of students based on gender and with the events.
Placements: The students usually prefer to study further, e.g., M. Pharma, Pharma-D, and PhD. 50% usually get placed. Top recruiters are like Cipla. The roles offered in the course are Medical Writing, Quality Assurance departments, and Manager in companies (usually offered after M. Pharm).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Good Wi-Fi connectivity. Classrooms have projectors. The library is separate for girls and boys, which is a big disappointment, as in group studies, there's no place to study together, and in a university, having a separate library is not preferable.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty are good. They teach quite well. The main focus of the curriculum is to make students industry-ready with discipline, etc. The semesters are quite easy. They are not that tough. The curriculum is relevant. The main reference books help with studying.
Other: I choose this course for the further opportunities after higher studies
There are only events in this campus I. e sports and cultural day no other events that's also a disappointment
Crowd is also not that good
Surrounding is camps area the area is not that clean will prefer if you go to mg road only that's the only place there clean

This is a good college to consider.
Placements: The placements in this college are good. The 4th-year students are getting gold packages. Apple also came to this college. The average package of the IT and Comp is good compared to other branches. ENTC is also good. If you are coming here, take IT or Comp.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. The main building of this college is also good. There is a 4th-year hostel which was made recently. It is the best hostel in this college. It has a lift. We have a college gym that is common for all, and girls have their own gym in their hostel.
Faculty: The faculty of the Army Institute of Technology is good, but only up to academics, and do not expect they will teach you everything. You would have to do coding yourself. The exams are very well maintained here, and there is a decorum that is maintained. You should come here.
Other: The crowd that comes here is mainly of good quality. Many students come from Haryana and Rajasthan. The students who come here from different parts of the country are intelligent and intellectual.
