Satisfied with college overall, studies-wise, but extracurricular activities also matter.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of the students get placed in my course. I am not sure about the highest package at the moment, as I will get it next year. EY and Deloitte provide internship opportunities in the college group, but mainly students have to search for internships on their own. Roles include financial analyst, accountant, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi isn't provided. A library is available. A sports ground is there, but no major sports event is conducted apart from once a year. Food is available, and the quality is good. I have never come across the medical facilities. Sports facilities are good, but they should conduct events regularly.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. A few teachers guide me throughout the course and are really helpful and knowledgeable. It is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is about 70 percent. The exams are quite easy to crack and pass.
Other: I chose this course for better knowledge. I want to pursue my career in finance. Best thing about it is that a few faculty is really helpful. They guide me throughout the course. There should be more sports events. Cultural fests and events should be held regularly.

My perspective on my college.
Placements: The placement process was good. The placement cell was good and gave good job opportunities but to become part of the placement process, first you have to register yourself on portals. There was a separate placement cell in the college that looked into it. They invited companies to visit the college, like TCS, Tata, Infosys, Infotech, HCL, Cipla, and many more. 90 percent of students got placed every year and got the highest package of 25 LPA - 35 LPA. The average package was 7 LPA. Companies also conducted interview sessions and practical tests for the selection of students.
Infrastructure: All the latest technologies were included in the course. The hostel had good infrastructure and other facilities like proper electricity and bathroom facilities. They had a good garden and mess for food. The fees were affordable and better for any family background and the hostel was secured with CCTV cameras and guards all over.
Faculty: Faculty members were very experienced. They had nice qualifications. Their teaching skills were also very good, and for every subject they had a different teacher. Everyone held Ph.D. degree and was experienced in their respective fields. They guided us well, talked about the current needs of industries and were always ready to clear doubts. The exam structure was a semester system followed, with a basic framework of a mid-semester and end-semester practical examination test. End-semester exams were of 70 marks, 20 marks for mid-semester, and 10 marks for assignment and practical test. My course was master of Computer Applications (MCA). The course curriculum was very well designed by the professors. The course included practical work, a balance was maintained between theory and practical, and we even got the chance to do research work.

Madras University carries a legacy.
Placements: It's a Language and Literature course, so we don't get any placement from there. But the course demands a one-month internship for the students. It's also a part of our syllabus. So we get an opportunity to upgrade our skills and experience. It's really helpful for further studies.
Infrastructure: There is a huge collection of Malayalam books in the department library. They provide books for all interested students. Also, Madras University has a huge library and Wi-Fi book system. The hostel also provides a library study room and Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Faculty members of our campus are good. There are 4 semesters. Each semester carries two sessional exams and a main exam. It will ease our study load. We need 50% to pass every exam. The teaching quality is top-level. We can approach them anytime we need.

Satisfied with the course and the college with good infrastructure and excellent professors.
Placements: There is a separate cell for placement and students are given placement training in their final year. Students are getting placed in top companies with good salaries every year. There is also guidance for students who have not yet decided what to do. Many are placed in managerial roles with an annual income of 5.7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels are clean. There are separate events conducted for the hostel students, and there are continuous water and Wi-Fi facilities for students. There is 24/7 security for the hostels. The food is provided on time and served to the students.
Faculty: The professors are well qualified and up to date and most of the professors have a doctorate. The curriculum is set relevant to the current situation. Exams are conducted strictly and questions are of a knowledge level. There should be a minimum of 40 percent to pass the semester exam.
Other: There is a scholarship provided for every category of students, and Deepwoods is the 3-day grand fest conducted every year. The campus is very beautiful and maintained clean and neat.
