The documents required with the application form are Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet, graduation degree and marksheet (if applicable), postgraduation degree and marksheet (if required), migration certificate, character certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), original application fee e-receipt, and one passport-size photograph.

No, direct admission is not valid for B.Ed course at Utkal University. Candidates willing to get admission to B.Ed course must qualify for Utkal University Entrance Test. The university will evaluate candidates based on their past academic records and scores of entrance test. However, the reservation policy of the Government of Odisha is applicable for admission to B.Ed courses.
