No you can't! The admissions to the MBA programme is entrance based. There is no direct provision for admission. The university admits its candidates through the CAT and MAT exams for MBA admissions.

XIM University offers entrance-based admission to the MBA programme. The university conducts multiple rounds of counselling for the course admission process. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the university for an MBA can participate in the rounds of counselling. Procedures that take place in the process are as follows:

Candidates can get admission at the XIM University for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Course-specific eligibility criteria have to be met by the applicant who wishes to get into the BA LLB. The application submission can be done on the official website, and admission is based on entrance scores, which must be valid. The candidate should have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate. The applications are first shortlisted, after which the 'Admission Committee will verify the uploaded documents. The confirmations of admission are notified to the shortlisted candidates through an email.

Candidates must have an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 or equivalent exam to get admission to the BSc course at XIM University. This requirement applies across various specialisations offered within the programme. The selection is on the basis of scores obtained in the last qualifying exam. In addition to this, the selector may also conduct a personal interview with the candidates. The shortlisted ones are later reached out to present the requisite documents to enable the verification process.

The admission process for the BCom programme at XIM University follows a multi-step procedure. In this procedure, the admissions committee will initially test whether the candidates are qualified for getting eligibility criteria set up by the university for the admission procedure of the BCom programme. Candidates who have cleared are allowed to access the university website for exercise of options for the counselling rounds. The fee can be paid via debit/credit card, cash card, mobile wallets, or net-banking. It is mandatory to pay the application fee before deadline for successful registration. Candidates can fill the application form and pay the fee later, however they will need to make the fee payment before the registration deadline so that their form is accepted by the examination authority. Until the fee is paid, the XAT application form will remain pending acceptance. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable. So, they should fill the form without error, otherwise they will have to fill the form again and pay the fee again.

CAT cutoffs are usually not announced with the CAT result. The CAT cutoffs are also not released to the public.

They are published after a few days of the result announcement when the IIMs and other colleges start their shortlisting process. The IIMs opens their shortlisting window based on the CAT cut-offs two to three days after the result announcement. The CAT percentile of candidates shortlisted for the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) can be considered the cut-off for that IIM. For example, if a candidate with a CAT percentile of 99 belonging to the General category is selected for the WAT/GD-PI of IIM Calcutta, then the CAT cut-off for IIM Calcutta is 99 percentile. Only those candidates who make it to the WAT/GD-PI round of IIMs will get to know the cut-offs.

Three candidates from ST, SC, economically backward/ minority category avails the Xavier University scholarship. They are provided with 30% of the course/tuition fee for the first year. To continue the offer, students must secure a minimum 7.5 CGPA in the subsequent year.

Xavier University has courses available for UG, PG,  & doctoral students. The streams across which these courses are available are Management, Commerce, Law, etc. Admission for UG & PG programmes is based on the national-level entrance tests like GATE, NATA,  OJEE, and others.
