The competitive cutoff ranks for CSE indicate high demand for this specialisation, with first and last-round closing ranks of 5907 and 6516, respectively. The second most competitive BTech specialisation was Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, with a first-round cutoff of 6672 and a concluding cutoff of 7570 for the General AI category students. With lenient last-round cutoff ranks of 9472 and 10709, students can also consider taking admission to Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electrical Engineering. IIT Bhilai Cutoff 2024 For OBC All India Category 

Among the OBC category students, the first and last-round closing ranks for BTech in CSE stood at 2419 and 2470, respectively, in the AI quota. For admission to Data Science & Artificial Intelligence and Electrical Engineering courses, the closing cutoff ranks were 2811 and 3999, respectively. Considering both rounds, CSE was the most competitive BTech specialisation for admission in 2024 for the OBC category students.
