  • On the tap menu, click on the Examination icon.
  • Click on the result and select the monthly exam link.
  • A new window screen will appear, enter your USN and captcha code.
  • After submitting the details, the result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Candidates can download the scorecard for future reference.

VTU Result 2025: Revaluation/Rechecking

After checking the results, students who are dissatisfied with their VTU exam results can apply for revaluation, which is the assessment of the answer book. The revaluation form can be filled via online mode from the official website. To apply for revaluation, students should fill out the form and submit it along with the prescribed fee. The form and the fee must be submitted before the deadline date mentioned in the official notification. The result after the revaluation will be posted on the university’s online website itself.

Visvesvaraya Technological University has released the third merit list for admission to its various UG and PG programs for the academic session. The university releases application forms for admission, and candidates can apply online on the official website. Admissions to the UG courses are done on the basis of scores in JEE Main, KCET, and NATA respectively. 

Q:   Is there any reservation of seats at VTU?
A:

Seats at VTU are allocated by KEA, based on the scores of the accepted exams. However, the university promotes inclusivity of students belonging to the minority categories of Karnataka. So the eligibility criteria of minimum aggregate marks in bachelor’s degree is 45% for the minority candidates belonging to Karnataka, as opposed to the minimum aggregate requirement of 50% for all the other candidates.

Q:   Does Vesveswaraiah Technological University accept any entrance exam for engineering admission?
A:

Yes, admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate courses at VTU is based on merit and accepted entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are  KCET, COMEDK UGET, JEE Main,  DCET, and others. Students must prepare well for the JEE Main exams. Fill out the mock Main application form timely. Give as many mock tests as possible.
