I am absolutely satisfied with the campus, faculty members, and good placements.

Placements: Above 80% of students in the Environment department receive internships and placements. Top recruiting companies include Birla, Tata, and many other well-known companies that visit the campus. I believe my college is the best choice in terms of placements and provides a great platform for students from lower and middle-class families.

Infrastructure: The library has been expanded through recent construction and is very helpful not only for hostellers but also for all students studying at LDCE. Labs have almost every required piece of equipment and tool for our course and are in good condition.

Faculty: Most teachers have completed their BE and ME from LDCE itself and are highly experienced in both theoretical and practical knowledge. Recently, our faculty members took us to a biomedical waste management treatment facility and a pharmaceutical industry visit, which was highly beneficial for practical and industrial knowledge. We also enjoyed the experience a lot. Faculty members in the Environment department put in their maximum effort in teaching and conduct effective classes during lab hours.

Other: The scope of Environmental Engineering is greater than people think. With pollution increasing day by day, every industry requires an Environmental Engineer. If you are unsure about choosing a course based on its scope, I would definitely advise you to choose this field.

100% take admission in LDC, and they give you such a good life.

Placements: In my course, approximately 30–40% of students will be placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is almost 4–5 LPA. Ongc, GPCB, Reliance, Adani, Upl, Gnfc, Srf, and Itnu. Approximately 50% of students for internships in my course. The role of environmental engineering is to save the environment.

Infrastructure: The department and hostel are not providing a Wi-Fi facility to us and are not providing a good-class college structure. We are 77 years old, so the campus is too old to live in 2024. The hostel is totally dirty and not cleaned by anyone. They always give advice to take admission in another college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in lectures and for any doubts, and they have very good qualifications for providing their knowledge. Their teaching methods are so helpful to learn everything easily, and they are such a good person in nature, and they are always supportive of us.

Other: Because I have so much interest in the environment, I decided to save it. That's why I am doing Environment Engineering at the L.D. College of Engineering and completing my dreams.

Good college to study from .

Placements: In 2020–2024, more than 800 students from all departments in more than 100 companies will be placed. The highest package in environment engineering was 7 LPA, & the average was 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Aditya Brila, Deepak Nitrates, Actual Industries, L&T, Adani and many more.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of L.D. College are nice. There are study rooms for the students, fully equipped with an AC and Wi-Fi connection. There is a canteen and mess for the students, providing good food. Clubs are also there for the students to engage with the academics for the betterment of the students.

Faculty: The professors are well qualified as well as experienced in the respective fields of the departments they teach. The faculty are very friendly and supportive of the students. The students have graduated as industry-ready in their fields, as the curriculum is very relevant to the industry.

Other: Events and fests are held at regular intervals. The campus is surrounded by greenery.

Good college with sound placement cell and good college life.

Placements: Many good companies like Reliance, Adani, MGM Motors, and GNC visit the campus to recruit and a few departments like computer, IT, electrical, and rubber have excellent placement records. Arti, Suzuki, Mahindra, TCS, Tata Birla and many more companies recruit from the college.

Infrastructure: LDCE is one of the oldest colleges in the country and it has completed almost 76 years of it's existence. With its rich history and amazing alumni support, the college's growth is eminent. Many upgrades, like smart classrooms, Aarambh cells, conference rooms and computer labs, have been developed recently.

Faculty: LDCE comes under Gujarat Technological University, which has a good overall curriculum but I think an update needs to be there. LDCE is currently hosting 16 BE courses and 48 Masters. Courses for robotics and AIML were added in the past year. Exams are moderate.

Other: LDCE is a hub for many co-curricular activities which are conducted by various clubs and managed by students themselves. Fests like Lakshya, Tarang, Alumni Convention, Thangaat, Impulse, etc. occur here. In addition to that, students also participate in various competitions at the national and international levels.

College for programmers and developers, with great faculty members.

Placements: 90% students from our course get placed. Companies like Accenture, kiwi tech, Mahindra tech, IBM etc. offer placements. The average package is about 25 Lacs per annum. Best internship opportunities are available for the students, in companies like Mahindra tech, Wipro, IBM, TCS etc. Top roles offered are developer, tester and programming related stuff.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is really great, with high-speed wi-fi access, and computer labs with the latest systems. All the labs have air conditioners, and good seating arrangement. Classrooms are really good, with nice benches, and well ventilated. The hostels are pretty decent. The monthly mess bill will be around 3500. Canteen is good, with good food for reasonable price. Many sports tournaments are arranged in our college for cricket, volleyball, tennis, badminton etc. We have a huge ground to practice.

Faculty: The teachers are super talented, and are very helpful. They have great knowledge, and has ability to deliver that knowledge to the students. The course curriculum is pretty nice, and make the students industry ready. The semester exams are good, if you attended lectures.

Other: I had chosen this course, because I am curious about programming. I am good at logical reasoning too. Events like lakshya tech fest, dhanak mahotsav, devdays etc. are conducted. The college is surrounded by nature and fresh air. All the students are free to do extra curricular activities, which helps them to grow in their dream field.
