Excellent faculty, strong placements, and great campus life at VIT-Andhra Pradesh.
Placements: I'm from the 2025-29 CSE batch at VIT-Andhra Pradesh. About 90 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is 15 LPA, the average is around 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top companies like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Deloitte hire regularly. Many students interned at IBM and startups.
Infrastructure: VIT-Andhra Pradesh has top-notch infrastructure with modern labs, SMART classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a huge digital library. Hostels are clean and well-maintained with 24/7 water and power. The mess serves good and hygienic food. Medical care is available, and sports facilities are excellent and active.
Faculty: Faculty at VIT-Andhra Pradesh are highly qualified, supportive, and teach with practical, real-world examples. The CSE curriculum is updated, skill-based, and aligned with industry needs. Semester exams are fair and moderately tough focusing on understanding. The pass percentage is around 95 percent.
Other: I'm from the 2025-29 CSE batch at VIT-Andhra Pradesh. I chose this course because of my passion for technology and innovation. The best part is the hands-on learning and exposure to real projects. Campus life is vibrant with fests and clubs. I wish for more hackathons and internship opportunities.

Review of VIT-AP University.
Placements: 60 percent of students are placed in my course in my college. The highest package is 39 LPA, offered in my course; the lowest package is 10 LPA, offered in my course. The average package is 12 Lacs per annum offered in my course. 30 percent of students got an internship from my course. Companies like TCS and Infosys visit our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. My college provides Wi-Fi, which is useful for networking. In the labs, provide the AC and projector. Classrooms are good and provide AC and a projector. The library provides the AC and Wi-Fi. The hostel is good, and the food quality is good. In hostel rooms, the beds are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very knowledgeable and qualified. Teaching quality is good, and we are approached by students in a friendly manner. Curriculum is good for students, and the timetable option gave permission to students. Clubs and events were permitted for students. In the semester, we have conducted two mid exams and a final exam. The pass percentage of exams is 40 percent.

Not a bad experience in university.
Placements: In terms of placements, our university (VIT Andhra Pradesh) is average currently, with an average CTC of around 10 LPA, I would say, as of the 2023-2024 batch. The highest is 27 LPA, as I remember. For the Next batch, placements are going on currently. Product-based companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, and Wipro often made recruitment last year. But, the drawbacks are that in VIT, Andhra Pradesh, the placements are mostly given to students with a CGPA of above 9. Even a student with an 8.8-8.9 finds it hard to land a placement. Also, keep in mind that the placements are growing each year, which is a good thing for sure.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and are not all that well furnished like we see in movies and shows. It's average. But the main reason I joined this college was because of the beautiful infrastructure and campus. The truth is, it is worth joining, it's the most beautiful campus that I've seen. Greenery everywhere, peaceful campus. Labs are good. The library is the best place on the campus for self-study without distraction. In MH6 and some other hostels, the mess food is not that good (I heard from my friends), the hostel is okay and peaceful, and no ragging. Medical facilities are on point, no need to worry about that.
Faculty: Some faculty members are very good and well-qualified. They mostly act very strictly, but if you get close to them, they will help you out in projects, club activities, or anything (they are very friendly). When it comes to exams, the attendance criteria are very strict from this year onwards (75 percent). They won't care about you and will deny you directly if you don't meet the criteria. The semester exams are not that hard. If you prepare, you can easily tackle the exams here. I myself have an 8.5 CGPA just by studying 2 days before exams.

About VIT University Amravati.
Placements: In my college, the maximum students are joining the CSE course. It is a very demanded course, and I am in second year now. So many students are in CSE only. The highest package in my college is 50 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Many top companies like Google, Microsoft, Tesla, Infosys, etc. They offer high salary packages. Top roles like designer, web development based so many, etc.
Infrastructure: We have the best hostel facilities and buses for a radius near college. We have nice classrooms and greenery in my college. There are so many viewpoints in my college. We have a big library. We have two big canteens, and a medical clinic is available 24X7. We have sports classes for players.
Faculty: Faculty members are very professional teaching, and they are well educated in big university. They have so many years of experience in teaching professions. They know how students should understand the lecture. This course is relevant to so many software companies. The semester exams are conducted every 5 months. It should be very strict, and question papers are moderate. All the students have passed.

    The VIT-AP EAMCET Cutoff 2023 was released for admission to BTech courses at VIT-AP. The VIT-AP Cutoff ranks were  released for different categories under the AI and HS Quota. The Cutoff ranks ranged between 1930 and 9255 for different courses. B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive course for the General AI category candidates, with the Cutoff of 1930. Based on the previous years' cutoff, candidates seeking admission to VIT-AP must secure more than the cutoff range mentioned here to secure a seat. 

    The VIT-AP EAMCET Cutoff 2024 is yet to be out. But, considering the VIT-AP EAMCET Cutoff 2022, the Cutoff rank for CSE was 6020 while for the year 2021, the Cutoff for CSE closed at 32230.     From the recent years, to get into VIT AP for a Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) course, you need to write the entrance exam for VIT (VITEE). Candidate must obtain a rank below 60,000, to get a CSE AI Course.

    You should get around 85 or more marks to get CSE at VIT Vellore and 65-70 would be more than enough to get IT Branch. The VIT cutoff rank (and marks out of 120) for CSE and IT is around Rank-840 (Marks-96.6).

    Vellore Institute of Technology is a private deemed university. It has four campuses, located at Vellore, Chennai, AP-Amravati, and Bhopal.
