JAC Delhi 2025 cutoff: The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) has released the cutoffs for JAC Delhi 2025 rounds 1, 2, 3, and 4 for DTU, NSUT, IIIT-D, and IGDTUW. The cutoff for DSEU is yet to be released. The cutoff for admission to the BTech and BArch courses through JEE Main scores will be released after each seat allotment round.

The cutoff (opening and closing ranks) is released institute-wise for NSUT, DTU, DSEU, IGDTUW and IIITD after each round ends on the official website of JAC Delhi. On this page, candidates can also check the JAC Delhi cutoff from previous years. Candidates whose JEE Main rank meets the minimum JAC Delhi cutoff are allocated seats in their choices of college and courses, subject to the availability of seats. After each round of JAC Delhi counselling, the cutoff in the form of last rank and opening ranks is published. Q: How much marks required in JEE Mains exam for get into DTU?

Admission to DTU is possible only through JEE Mains score followed by JAC Delhi counselling. The popular streams of engineering fill up fast. For example for ECE in 2019 was 17765. Soon the cut-offs will be declared on the website but the still the popular branches fill up the first like that computer engineering. It would be better if you look for a good alternative from an equally good university offering the best academics and placements along with seminars, workshops and training. Check from the website of LPU which has also been awarded the National Employability 2020 award for best placements along with good scholarships. You can also check the websites of SRM, SNN etc. Booking a seat would not waste a year Every university has its refund policy where for example you have applied for an NIT, IIT and instead of just waiting you book a seat in another college by paying a minimum amount. But later if you do not want to take admission there you can cancel your admission and apply for a refund wherein just a little amount of your money.

Q: Which rank will be considered for getting seat in JAC Delhi colleges?

Admission through JAC counselling will be based on Common Rank List (CRL) secured in JEE Main. If you are applying for admission through JAC counselling then your CRL rank will be considered but your seat allotment will be make under the category you belong to if you belong to reserved category.

Q: What is the cutoff of IGDTUW for spot round under JAC Delhi?

Spot rounds are really unpredictable. Their cut offs range from 1,00,000 rank cutoff to 50,000 cut offs too. It solely depends on luck and the trend of cut off going that year. Also, the number of seats available are one of the most important factors. If number of seats available are more than cut-off might increase from the last round cut-off, otherwise the cut-off will be same as the last round or in some cases even less.

Q: Can I get DTU with 80 percentile in JEE Main via JAC Delhi?

Usually, the cutoff for DTU stays around 90, even for the reserved categories. Therefore, getting into B.Tech courses at DTU is difficult with a JEE Main percentile score of 90 or below. The cutoff also goes high and low every year, depending on the following factors: Number of aspirants registered, The difficulty level of the exam, Total number of seats available, total number of applications received for a particular program, and the category under which admission is sought. Therefore, it is very difficult to predict the exact cutoff and give an exact answer to this question.

Q: My AIR is 123676. Can I get admission in IGDTUW?

If you are from OBC/SC/ST category, then you will definitely get an admission. But with general category, it will be tough as the last cut -off is always around 90k. Even in spot round there will be barely any chance of general category to get an admission with rank above 90k. But with any category certificate you will easily get an admission within first 2-3 rounds.

Q: I have 23027 rank in JEE Mains along with 3253 EWS rank. Can I get admission for CSE with bioscience in IIIT Delhi?

As seen last year, IIIT Delhi implemented a bonus system where a certain number of bonus points will be added as per specific achievements to your percentile score of JEE Mains. For getting CSE, bonus points are required as a person with 6000 AIR, and 2 Bonus points got CSE in IIITD while a person with 600 AIR who was getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad did not get CSE in IIIT Delhi because of no bonus points. (For, e. g. if you get even 99.95 %ile in JEE Mains, a person with 98percentile but with two bonus points will be evaluated at a score of 100 (98 + 2) and will be placed above the 99.95%iler in the merit list).

Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) offers BTech in six specializations that include unique subjects like artificial intelligence (AI) in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) stream. To be eligible for admission, candidates must pass the 12th grade board examination with physics, chemistry, and mathematics with at least 60% in aggregate. Also, seats are offered through JAC Delhi counseling, conducted after the results of JEE (mains), in which 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi Region students. Based on previous year trends, the admission possibility to ECE (AI) was around rank 48000 (CRL) in round nine of JAC counseling for the general category for the Delhi region. So, provided you belong to the Delhi region and your actual rank according to percentile is less than 48000 in the general category, then you have a chance to get admission into this university.

Q: My AIR is 123676. Can I get admission in IGDTUW?

Q: Can I get admission in CSE/IT at IGDTUW having 106262 rank in CRL and 32062 rank in OBC NCL JEE Mains 2023?

CRL at just above 1 Lacs even though good otherwise but it is not good enough to get seat in perhaps any course in NIT or GFTI or equivalent institutes. You are ranking in OBC NCL is also beyond the maximum number of seats that are going to be allotted to the candidates of your category in this year of admission. Just to keep you abreast of the position there are approximately about 50000 seeds available for admission across all the institutes and at 27 percentage, reservation the total number of seats available for OBC NCL candidates are about 13500. However, the admission processes many times throws surprising results and hence you should continue till the last round.
