Yes, students who have completely filled the UGAT application form and paid the application fee before the due date can make corrections in the UGAT application form. However, there is a limit to the number of corrections that can be made.

The AIMA UGAT exam 2026 will be conducted in the paper-based test mode. The exam will be conducted in as many as 18 test cities across the country. The UGAT exam will be conducted in the following test cities:

UGAT admit card will release on June 9, 2026 UGAT schedule 2026 was released by All Indian Management Association, AIMA. UGAT admit card will be available online for registered candidates, and they will be able to download AIMA UGAT hall ticket using their login details. 

Candidates who are appearing for the UGAT exam must report at the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam. The UGAT exam will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must reach the exam centre the latest by 8:00 AM. Candidates must also note, that they will not be allowed to leave the exam centre before the exam gets over.

The test takers are advised to take two printouts of the AIMA UGAT admit card and preserve at least one copy of the same till the end of the admission process. Institutes may seek a copy of admit card at the time of admission. The test takers must also carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam hall.

UGAT syllabus includes all the important topics of subjects that are relevant for business administration and general aptitude. For UGAT exam, candidates have to study, English Language, Numerical and Data Analysis, Reasoning and General Intelligence, and General Knowledge. Given below are the key topics included in the UGAT syllabus: -

1. The English Language section of UGAT exam syllabus includes various topics of Grammar, Word Meaning, Vocabulary, Parajumbles, Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Completion, Synonyms and Antonyms, Reading Comprehension, Idioms, Analogies, etc.
2. The Numerical and Data Analysis section of UGAT syllabus includes all the topics of Mathematics from Class 9 to 10 such as Arithmetic, Geometry, Algebra Trigonometry, Modern Math, Number System, Percentages, Equations, Ratio and Proportion, Work and Time, Averages, Mensuration, etc.
3. The Reasoning and Intelligence section of the UGAT syllabus includes topics such as Coding and Decoding, Visual Reasoning, Puzzles, Patterns, Arrangement, Blood Relations, Strong and Weak Arguments, Course of Action, Series, etc.
4. The last section, General Knowledge, of the UGAT syllabus is based on the current happenings, domestic and international news, history, etc. The questions are based on topics such as Current Affairs, Sports, Politics, Economics, Business, History, Geography, Famous Personalities, Books and Authors, etc. 

In order to prepare well for UGAT, candidates need to prepare well with the help of UGAT past year question papers and sample papers. By solving sample papers of UGAT, candidates will have an idea of the difficulty level of the UGAT question paper and the type of questions asked in the exam. Candidates can solve the sample papers while keeping in mind the syllabus of UGAT exam.

The UGAT difficulty level can be different for each candidate preparing for the exam. The UGAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for UGAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who meet the UGAT cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and WAT. The seat allotment process is also conducted online based on the merit, category, and choices filled by the candidate during the registration process. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website. The entire UGAT counselling process except the PI WATand document verification round is conducted in online mode.

Selected candidates have to participare in document verification round where they have to provide original certificates and documents and details such as DOB, address, communication details, etc.
