The link to apply for obtaining the photocopy of scanned answer sheets has been activated on August 5. The last date to apply for this is August 9. The board will activate the link for revaluation & verification of marks on August 16. Students can apply till August 19. How to Apply for CBSE 10th Answer Sheet Photocopy?

The process to apply for answer sheet photocopy is given below.

• Candidates are required to first apply for scanned copy of the evaluated answer book by visiting the board’s website
• This will show how answers were evaluated and marks were given to students
• The application should be submitted with correct details
• The scanned answer book will be made available on the candidate’s login
• After examining the scanned answer book, the candidate may apply for verification of marks and/or re-evaluation

How to Apply for CBSE Class 12 Revaluation & Verification?

The process to check CBSE 12th revaluation & verification is given below.

• After receiving the scanned answer book, the candidate should examine it and decide whether to apply for verification of marks, re-evaluation, or both.
• A candidate may obtain the scanned answer book of the Main Examination, the Second Examination, or both, as applicable.
• The candidate should compare the answers with the question paper and marking scheme
• For a subject taken in both examinations, verification and/or re-evaluation can be requested for only one answer book -either Main or Second Examination
• For re-evaluation, the candidate must select the full question and provide reasons for the request
• Once the answer book of one examination is selected for verification and/or re-evaluation in a subject, no request for the answer book of the other examination in the same subject will be accepted
• Re-evaluation will be carried out for the full question, not for a part of a question
• Verification and re-evaluation are available only for the theory portion of the examination.
• The status and outcome will be uploaded in the same candidate login account
• The revised marks may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged. A decrease of even one mark will be implemented
• The result of verification and/or re-evaluation will be final

CBSE 12th Verification 2026: Details to Know

Verification of issues observed is the first step towards reevaluation. Students must keep in mind following points.

• Students can apply for verification of issues observed in scanned answer sheets, missing maps/graphs, blurred pages, incorrect answer book, or evaluation against a different set
• Multiple issues and subjects may be selected in a single application
• Students must ensure all requests across subjects are included before final submission
• Once the ‘Freeze and Proceed to payment’ button is clicked. The will be locked and cannot be edited
• Pay required fees
• Only one application for Verification of Issues is permitted

CBSE 10th Revaluation 2026: Check Details

The details related to Class 10 revaluation are given below.

• Students may also apply online for re-evaluation of one or more questions across one or more subjects
• They need to provide required details such as question number, page number, etc.
• Include all the subjects in the same application form
• Once details are locked, it cannot be edited
• Pay fees online
• Only one application for Re-evaluation is permitted.
• Revaluation may increase and decrease in marks

The fees for revaluation & verification are given below.

• Verification of Marks (Rechecking): INR 300 per subject
• Photocopy of Answer Sheet: INR 300 per subject/answer book
• Revaluation: INR 100 per question

CBSE 10th Revaluation 2026: Important Points

Some of the important points related to revaluation are given below.

• For a subject taken in both examinations (main and second board), a student may obtain both answer books. But verification and/or re-evaluation can be requested for only one answer book either the Main or second board answer book
• Revaluation process is online
• The fee can only be paid online (UPI/Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking)
• Only a single application for each step per candidate will be accepted in the online process
• A decrease of marks even by one mark is affected
• In cases where there is a change in marks (both increase and decrease), such candidates are required to surrender the Mark Statement cum Certificate which is in their possession. Thereafter, they will be issued a new Mark Statement cum Certificate.
• Fee will be refunded in case of increase in marks after verification and/or re-evaluation in the same account from which it was paid
