The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) offers the facility for CBSE Verification of Marks. Students can apply for verification of issues observed in the answer sheet or calculation of marks. CBSE 12th verification portal closed on June 7. It was made available on June 2. Due to the CBSE OSM controversy this year, over 1.6 lakh students applied for revaluation and verification. The Board received requests for 3.8 lakh answer books. Requests submitted by students will be analysed by the subject-matter experts.
Following this, the board will announce CBSE 12th revaluation result 2026. The process for CBSE verification of marks is completely online. The fee too needs to be paid online, which is INR 100. CBSE 10th verification of marks 2026 facility will be made available soon. Only those students who obtain a CBSE photocopy of scanned answer sheet can apply for revaluation. - Students should note that they will be required to enter their Aadhar number for verification of marks

- Students may apply online for resolution of issues observed in the supplied scanned copy of answer book, including missing pages, missing supplementary sheets, missing maps/graphs, blurred pages, incorrect answer book, or evaluation against a different set
- Multiple issues and subjects may be selected in a single application.
- Students are advised to ensure that all requests across subjects are included before final submission.
- Once the ‘Freeze and Proceed to payment’ button is clicked, the details will be locked and cannot be edited
- The application is treated as successfully submitted only after successful payment through the online payment gateway.
- Only one application for Verification of Issues is permitted
- Students can track the status of their application through the portal

NO. No type of calculators, mobile phones, or any technological gadget is allowed during CBSE exams. Any student caught carrying these will be barred from writing their exam.
