Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai offers a full-time BTech course across various specialisations, including Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, among others. The UG-level course lasts four years.

The VIT Chennai BTech admission process involves various steps. It starts with applying for the entrance exam. Other steps include appearing for the entrance exam, online counselling, fee submission, etc. All the steps included in the process of VIT Chennai admission to its BTech programme can be grouped under the following three categories:
Step 1: Application Process
The first step is to register and apply for the accepted entrance exam, i.e. VITEEE 2025. Candidates can register their candidature by visiting the official exam website at viteee.vit.ac.in.
