Highly Recommended for Engineering Lovers.
Placements: 1. Around 80% of students were placed.
2. Rs.30000, Rs.10000 and Rs.15000 was the highest, the lowest and average salary offered.
3. TCS, Tech Mahindra.
4. We will get internship, industrial visits and recently we were participated in the national level technical competition RALLY CAR DESIGN CHALLENGE 2019.
5. For my course, Rs.3.6L, Rs.1.2L, Rs.1.8L was the highest, the lowest and average packed offered.
6. 20% of students got internship from our course in Ashok Leyland, BMW and Nicola Research and Science Institute.
Infrastructure: 1. In our department, we have department library, extraordinary and well maintained laboratories, RO water facility, Wi-Fi accessibility, Neat and Big classrooms with Projectors and hygienic restrooms.
2. Our hostel has Wi-Fi accessibility, neat and clean surroundings, 24*7 water facility and RO drinking water, hygienic restrooms, proper house keeping staffs and the quality of the food is extraordinary especially mess food. The food is prepared and served in a very hygienic manner. The canteen food will be served for a reasonable price and the taste, quality and quantity is also reasonable. We have 24*7 ambulance facility, 2 times per day Doctor's visit to the campus and separate play area for cricket, volleyball, hand ball, football and basketball. The sports and games were also given importance in order to get a healthier life.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teachers were trying to give more knowledge to the students apart from curriculum so that their students can get more knowledge about many things and it will be useful during Placement too.
2. Partially no because the curriculum were not updated from the 90s. It does not make the students industry ready.
Other: 1. I love machineries and their mechanisms. So I chose this course. We will get in hand experience.
2. Total educational system has to be changed in order to gain real Engineers instead of reel Engineers.
3. We have Events, Fest, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Clean and Natural Campus Surroundings, Scholarship, Extracurricular Activities like Sports and Games, etc.

The college offers really good infrastructure and facilities for students.
Placements: Placements in core companies were good. Almost 50% of students were placed. The salary offered to freshers was ranged between Rs. 12,000-15,000. Only a few companies visited the campus for placements. Roles of design engineer, sales executive, etc., were offered to students. There is a placement cell, and it is useful.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in labs to perform the experiment well. Classrooms are cleaned daily, and the library was a favourite spot. All games are conducted here. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. Phones are not allowed on the campus. The quality of the food served is good. Hostel rooms were comfortable. There are issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful in all ways. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was good. Industrial visits were conducted in some companies. The mechanical course was very helpful to get a well-settled job. So we should learn well and score good marks. Moreover, get placed in a company based on the communication skills and technical knowledge.
Other: Campus surroundings are completely natural. Scholarships are provided annually. Extracurricular activities are conducted after the college timings. Events like sports day, annual day, induction days are conducted here. Fests are not conducted here.

Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
