Best part of the educational life.
Placements: At the PG level, the focus must be on research, hence, no need to worry about placement if you gain better knowledge in the field no one can stop you from getting a job. You can definitely you can improve your conceptual knowledge here. Companies like Mahindra, Jaya Industries, and other core companies have placed some of the students from our batch and other students get off-campus job opportunities in different fields like research and teaching. A total of 16 students were enrolled for the course and all were placed in different sectors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the important part of the college. The buildings are the examples of the architectural brilliance of the Britishers. All other facilities in addition to this are very good, be it Wi-Fi facility or lab or library. The labs are available 24*7 to the students for their project work and the library has all the necessary books and magazines.
Faculty: The faculty is the most important pillar of any college and COEP has the best ones in the field as the faculty. All the faculty members are very co-operative and helpful. All are highly qualified and knowledgeable. In addition to the regular faculty, we get an opportunity to learn under some renowned professors.
Other: A lot of extracurricular activities take place here everyday, which in my opinion is the best part of the college. This really helped me a lot to improve some qualities in myself.

Placements: Around 87%of students were placed in the mechanical engineering department. The highest salary package was 8.8 LPA, and the average salary package was 3.2 LPA. The recruiting companies were Hyundai, Volvo, and Mahindra. They were the topmost companies, and they provide roles as human resource managers.
Infrastructure: In our college, the food served was good, nature was friendly, and staff members were also very good. They provide medical facilities 24X7. The library and canteen were good. It also conducts sports and games at every national and district level. The management of the college was good. It also provides full security to the students.
Faculty: Teachers were very supportive in any situation either personally or study-related. They explain every lesson properly, and they also trained students for JEE mains, etc.
Other: In this college, every year freshers, farewell, and college day was celebrated.

    No, there is no such provision to get direct admission in any of the UG, PG, or doctoral courses. COEP Technological University (formerly known as COEP) admissions are strictly based on merit only. Therefore, only those candidates who have valid scores/ rank of MHT-CET, GATE, JEE-Main, among others can apply for any of the courses provided by the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP). Hence, the interested candidates need to take these entrance exams according to their choice of course in which they want to enroll.

    Q:   Which entrance exam is accepted by COEP?
    A: 

    The College of Engineering Pune enroll candidates in its BTech course mainly through MHT-CET and JEE-Main. Registration for MHT-CET usually starts in the month of March and it concludes in April.
