M.Tech. in Biomedical Instrumentation - Batch of 2019

Healthy and developing environment for aspiring students.
Placements: 60-70% of the students were placed. The salary was in the range of 5-7 Lacs. Philips offered an internship for a year and hired one intern from our batch. The process was too sorted, easy to understand, follow and appear for the various companies that approached the campus.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi labs and classrooms are adequate with proper facilities, equipment, number of computers and freedom to use for the students. Hostel rooms are comfortable with proper space for students. Also, the atmosphere of the hostel as well as the college campus is very serene and study oriented. Sports and cultural exposure for the students are also very nice with different clubs and competitions for students to participate and showcase their talents.
Faculty: Yes, the staff is fully qualified and very knowledgeable. Their guidance was appropriate on the basis of their strong experience. Discussions, problem-solving sessions and workshops are arranged if required and demanded by the students. Faculty takes full responsibility for such workshops.

The college is good for the laboratory access.
Placements: The placements are horrendous on the campus. No core biomedical engineering company came to the campus for the placements. Some core electronics companies and many IT companies came for the placement. No student in his right mind would like to work in an IT company or firm after masters in the core.
Infrastructure: The new building is good for the constant renovation. State of the art laboratories with one professor appointed at every laboratory. All the laboratories are air-conditioned. The parking is abundant. One drawback is the highway runs in the middle of the campus. All the classrooms are equipped with the projectors.
Faculty: All the faculty members are specialised in their field. The curriculum was well-equipped with the required knowledgeable materials. The curriculum contains the practical assignments, where you need to do a mini project. All of them were approachable at any time with a few exceptions.
