- The MHT CET 2026 application form can now be submitted until Mar 20, 2026, with a late fee of INR 500 for the BE/BTech and Integrated BTech programmes. The exams will be conducted from Apr 11 to Apr 20, 2026 and then from May 12 to May 16, 2026.
COEP BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
COEP BTech course is a four-year course, offered in full-time mode. BTech at COEP is offered in several specialisations including BTech in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, etc.
COEP BTech admission is decided on entrance-basis. Candidates are selected based on their performance in national-level exams such as JEE Main or MHT-CET. These exams are accepted for admissions into all COEP braches of BTech. In addition to the aforementioned exams, candidates must also fulfil the eligibility criteria for admissions as tabulated below:

COEP BTech Admission Dates 2026
COEP BTech admission dates are inline with its accepted entrance exams. The candidates are chosen based on their results in the JEE Mains or the MH-CET scores. The COEP BTech deadline is scheduled after the results of the aforementioned exams have been announced.
The JEE Main dates and MAH CET dates are usually scheduled between the months of Novemeber and April. Further, candidates must also watch out for the JoSAA counselling dates for final admission. The JoSAA 2024 Round 2 cutoff was released on June 28, 2024. The authority announced the JoSAA 2024 Round 2 seat allotment result on June 27, 2024.

No, there is no such provision to get direct admission in any of the UG, PG, or doctoral courses. COEP Technological University (formerly known as COEP) admissions are strictly based on merit only. COEP BTech Admission 2026: How to Apply?
COEP, Pune BTech application process is conducted in online mode. Candidates are selected for final admissions based on their scores in the JEE or MH-CET exams during COEP, Pune admissions. The steps mentioned-below show the entire process for COEP, Pune BTech course admissions:
STEP 1: COEP Pune BTech Application Process 2026
- Open the MHT CET portal (mahacet.org).
- Hit Click on "New Candidate Registration".
- Start the registration process by filling in the required academic and personal details.
- Upload the scanned images of the candidate's photo and signature.
- Submit the application fee to complete the process.
On the successful payment of the application fee, the said form automatically gets submitted. The COEP Pune BTech application fee will be paid after the results have been declared.

STEP 2: Selection Process

The JEE Main cutoff 2025 ranged from 3867 to 28286 for the students belonging to the General AI category in the first and the last round closing ranks. COEP BTech Curriculum
COEP BTech curriculum has a duration of four years that covers eight semesters. The COEP courses follow the CBSC (Choice Based Credit System) to track student's progress and determine when he/she has met study requirements. COEP Pune Application Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG courses must have a valid score in the course wise entrance exams. Therefore, candidates must register and complete the application form by visiting the entrance exam's official website. Candidates must also register in the COEP's official website for admission and fill online application form.
COEP Pune Selection Criteria
Candidates based on their scores in the courses wise entrance exams will be shortlisted for the counselling process.Candidates are required to register themselves for the course-wise counselling process as well.
COEP Pune Merit list
On successful completion of the counselling process, based on the entrance exam score, and academic performance, a merit list will be released. The merit list will shortlist candidates for the final admission round.
