It is a good college for students who have an average rank in KCET.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed in our college is around 30%. The highest package in our college is 38 LPA and the lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA. Companies that visit our college to recruit students are Infosys, Microsoft, Google, Godrej, LG, HP, etc. Many students get internships in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. We have a good water supply for each floor which may be for drinking, washing, etc. There is a common room for both boys and girls. The library is very huge with a wide variety of books other than engineering topics like magazines, journals, newspapers, etc. In our college, we also have a software library where we can get online information.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified to teach us. They teach us in a friendly way. We can ask any questions and ought to them related to topics. During college hours, they are available anytime during off hours we can call them. Exams are very difficult and we should read subjects in depth.
Other: I was unable to choose whether to go for the software or hardware fields so I thought ECE is the best choice, which has both options where I can experience both fields and can choose according to the experience. I just want to get more information on the basics of the ECE topic. I came from a Biology background so I got a little difficult to understand the topic related to ECE.

The Life of a DBITian.
Placements: The college provides placements for students which helps the students get the job on campus without facing problems. The college actually provides placements in companies like Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Amazon, etc. The average package of a student is 5 to 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and the hostel infrastructure is also good. There is no Wi-Fi facility for students, but there are many books in the library which help students for getting references, articles, and more. The college is a bit green, which is good for students.
Faculty: The teachers here are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They explain the concepts in an easy manner. The faculty members provide materials for the students to refer to for their exams. There are some subjects which are difficult for studying, but somehow students manage to clear those subjects. The pass percentage is around 70 to 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course in this college because of my passion for electronics. The only thing to improve is to make more fests. Our college conducts only 2 to 3 fests per year, which is not good. There are some extracurricular activities like sports, cultural, etc.

Our college provides average placements.
Placements: ECE branch got less placements this year. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. The placement coordinator is not supportive. Less core ECE companies visited our college this year and some off-campus placements were provided.
Infrastructure: Classrooms in our department are very bad sometimes, projectors are not working. Our college provides good opportunities for sportive students because our department supports and encourages them.
Faculty: Laboratory of our department is very good but some of the instructors don't have much knowledge about the components and the laboratory subject. Some of them don't know about the components and tools used in the laboratory. Faculty members in our department are very good, friendly, and supportive. The teaching is average.
