One of the best colleges to choose if you love freedom.
Placements: Out of 50, 8 students are placed yet in my course. Top recruiting companies would be Bosch, L&T, and ABB. Top roles offered would be design intern engineer. The highest package offered would be 8 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the average would be 4.5 LPA. 10% of students got internship opportunities till today in various MNCs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good with large classrooms and comfortable seating with separate chairs and tables for each student. There are various labs for each department according to the course and subjects. The library is very huge, and all kinds of books are available. A limited number of canteens are available. The food is not that good, but it is hygienic. Sports and games have high priority, and a lot of chances are available.
Faculty: The faculty members are really very good and friendly and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum seems very old and it does not really make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that difficult and it depends on subjects. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course as it was the core branch which is useful in many ways. I would want them to expose the students to more practical experience rather than only bookish knowledge. There are limited fests and events but there are lots of other clubs to join and get exposure.

Our college provides good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest salary package was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were HCL and TCS. Around 50% of students got internships on their own. Top roles offered were GET and software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was the best. All the classrooms had an e-class facility and projector screens. Facilities provided in the hostel were good. It had a Wi-Fi facility. The canteen was well maintained and served both South Indian and North Indian food.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were good. They had many years of experience. The course curriculum was relevant. It made students ready for the industry. Teaching was good.
Other: I chose this course because it provided many opportunities in the core industry.

Really our college is best than other colleges.
Placements: 90% placed in our course. HCL, Conga, FDeck Technologies India Pvt Ltd. , Midtree etc., are recruiting firms. The highest was 20LPA, the lowest was 3LPA and average was7.8 LPA. 80 -90% got internship through rinex, ABB, ACE and also in many other companies. Top roles are circuit designing, operating machines etc.
Infrastructure: The every facilities in our college like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, Indore sports etc. Are almost better and good. The college is full of facilitated. BUT Bnot much satisfied about the outdoor ground, even the hostel quality is good but the food is not much good as the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable, they response to our each and every questions. The quality of teaching is best. This course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for their industry. Some papers are of moderate level and some are bit stuff but easily could pass out the exam or even could ensure the average marks easily. 85-90% is the passing percentage.
Other: I choose this course because of some recomondations and even the jobs could be offered easily than other cources the best thing about our course is that we could enjoy our campus life more in labs with machines. Nothing, our course has everything that needs. Yes the events, fests, campus crowds are being conducted every year in our college.

B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2019
Offered by Faculty of Engineering and Technology, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences

The best place where you can learn the practicals more, but placements are doubtful.
Placements: The MS Ramaiah University of Applied Science has started B.Tech in the year 2014. As it has been only 3.5 years, the first batch will be getting placed in this year 2018. Since it is the first placement, getting good companies is difficult and the companies which have visited the college in last few months were not very reputed, and they offered an average salary package of 6.5 lacs per annum. The companies like emphasis, innovative film city, base, etc., visited the campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. We have Wi-Fi connection all over the campus. It has projectors in all the classrooms. University follows practical teaching than theoretical. It has a very good library with more than 90,000 books and a study room with Wi-Fi enabled. The sports room for indoor games are provided and has a basketball court and playground. A lot of bike and cars parking facility has been provided. The campus also has Karnataka Aerospace Technology Laboratory.
Faculty: The faculty are very knowledgeable. Many are PhD holders. They will be very supportive. The B.Tech course is completed when you earn 206 credits. This can be earned by doing classroom course, projects, internship, and online courses. Each semester had 2 components. The 1st component is average for 2 term test and 2 assignment. 2nd component is for semester end exam. A summer semester after every year is conducted for the student to clear their backlogs. The assignment is the best way they can test your subject skills, and it will be very tricky and confusing.
Other: The fest is held on every march named Akaria. The feast is celebrated for 2 days which has DJ night, various competitions, and games. It has the good crowd which is seen during the fest. Many stalls are also present to have yummy foods. The B.Tech campus is located in Peenya, Bangaluru. There is no good food court in the surrounding. We have a chat centre and a hotel on the campus. There are many events like debate, and essay writing conducted regularly.

A better college for the students who have creative minds.
Placements: There are no placements in the college. There is less number of companies are coming to recruit the students. Around 3 to 4 students are hired from the electrical branch. Meanwhile, in the coming years, the campus selection will be more.
Infrastructure: The college provides good infrastructure. The computer labs have more than 500 computers and the lab which is opened 24/7. The classrooms with smart learning techniques, hostel rooms are good. The hostel is well secured for girls. The campus had a sports room, gym, playground and good parking area.
Faculty: The faculty are excellent all are highly talented, and they are M.Tech & PhD holders. Their teaching methods are excellent, and they are available till 6:00 pm after classes gets over we can go & clarify our doubts until 6 pm. The faculty are fully supportive, other than academics they will guide for project works which are selected to national level robotics competition this year.

Q:   Are private sector BTech jobs better-paying than government jobs?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

Well, yes. The private sector BTech jobs in India offer a higher earning potential than the government sector jobs, including promotions, yearly bonuses, performance rewards, etc., along with a plethora of career options across different sectors. Having said that, there is less scope for job stability in the private sector due to market downturns.

The government sector is known for decent job security and other benefits like health insurance and retirement benefits. Rest, you can sit and decide for yourself whatever suits your interests the best. Best wishes.
