I am student at IIITDM Kancheepuram.

Placements: From my knowledge, Chennai has high opportunities. If we know things like coding languages, we can take the help of the professors and build two to three projects, then apply for the internships. On average, people will get 6 LPA - 9 LPA package. I heard from seniors that he got a job that pays Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000 per month.

Excellent infrastructure and friendly campus vibe.

Placements: Placement rate for B.Tech in smart manufacturing is reported as 28.6% ongoing. According to last year 2024, a much higher figure was indicated, with 73% of smart manufacturing batch placed. The highest package offered is 12.2LPA in 2025, average package offered is 6.75LPA in 2024, and the lowest package offered is 6LPA, according to 2024 data. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Adobe, Samsung, Google, Virtusa, etc.

Placements: The placement rate is 80%, the highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest is 9 LPA. AMD, Intel, Google, startup companies, JPMorgan, and some others are among the top recruiting companies. For campus placement, I can give an average rate of about 80%, with two roles being VLSI engineer, electronic design engineer, and some others.

It's a good college to study if you have a lower rank to join NITs.

Placements: 35 LPA is the highest. I don't know the lowest package. Overall average placements. Many students do internships, such as a paid internship, because they are important and a good thing. The ECE department is good here, and you can be taught by good lecturers, except that some of them are common.

Placements: The maximum number of students in my college have joined the CSE course. It now has one of the most job offers. Many students have joined through JEE Main or EAMCET. The highest package was 40 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA.
