To be eligible to apply for MBA admission at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation in the respective subjects. Candidates who secured minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA in their graduation are eligible to apply for MBA. However, there is a five percent relaxation is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates. They must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.00 CGPA in the same subjects. Other than this, final year students of graduation may also apply for the course.

IIT Jodhpur provides government-approved scholarship programmes as well as merit-based, means-based, and merit-and-means-based programmes. The institute's Office of Students is in charge of inspiring and informing students about the different institutional and national scholarships. For deserving students enrolling in Undergraduate programmes, a merit-cum-means scholarship initiative is provided. It provides qualifying students with tuition exemptions and other advantages. In order to get admission to a full-time MBA course at IIT Jodhpur, candidates have to apply and qualify for CAT entrance exam. Candidates who passed graduation with minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA (55% aggregate or 5.00 for SC/ST/PwD categories) are eligible to sit for CAT and apply for admission to IIT Jodhpur MBA course. The institute offers a two-year MBA as a full-time course. Candidates can pursue MBA, MBA-Technology or MBA in FinTech and Cyber Security in offline and online modes. Admission to the course is through CAT followed by a personal interview round. Aspirants must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the course. Moreover, the application process is carried out via online mode (iitj.ac.in). It must be noted that the candidate has to apply for CAT and the institute separately.
