Infrastructure: Lecture halls and smart Classrooms are there. 80+ ICT-enabled rooms with projectors and smart boards. 72 specialized labs, Electronics, Mechanical, Language, CAD, STAAD, etc. Central library with 88,000+ books, 121 print journals, RFID system, e-resources (IEEE, NDL, NPTEL). Hostel facility for both Boys & Girls. Hostels have a total of 700+ beds; 24/7 security, power backup, Wi-Fi, indoor games, and a canteen. Mess & Canteen are not Hygienic, and the menu can be repetitive; night canteen available. Playground, table tennis, carrom, chess, and festival grounds are available.
Faculty: Most faculty hold M.Tech/Ph.D. many with industry or research experience. Mentorship is accessible through regular guest lectures and industry workshops. Outcome-based curriculum aligned with AICTE/NBA includes Industry 4.0 labs, IoT, AI, robotics modules, Flipped-classroom pedagogy, and Google Classroom integration. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with an emphasis on application-based questions. Final year pass percentage across departments ranges from 94 to 100% (CSE 99.2%, IT 98.4%, EE/CE/BME 100%).

JIS College offers good placement opportunities, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure.
Placements: Around 75-80% of students from my course (B.Tech in Information Technology) got placed. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package ranges from 4-4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro, along with a few product-based startups. Around 60% of students received internships, mainly from companies like Internshala partners, TCS iON, and startups through LinkedIn or college's internal drives. Common roles offered are software developer, web developer, data analyst, QA tester, and technical support engineer. The placement and training cell provided good support for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. Classrooms are well-maintained and equipped with projectors. The department has access to decent computer labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a central library with a wide range of books and journals. The hostel facilities are satisfactory with proper security and 24x7 electricity. Mess food quality is average but hygienic. The canteen offers a variety of snacks. Medical facilities are available on campus and basic care is provided. The campus also includes playgrounds and space for indoor games like carrom, chess, and table tennis.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced, helpful, and approachable. Many teachers are well-qualified and explain concepts clearly. The course curriculum is aligned with the current industry needs, covering both core and trending topics like AI, Data Science, and Web Development. There are regular assignments, projects, and lab sessions which help students build practical skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult and based on both theoretical understanding and practical application. The pass percentage is fairly high, and usually above 85%, if students attend classes and study regularly.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in technology and problem-solving. I found the IT curriculum quite relevant and engaging. The best parts of the course are hands-on labs, supportive faculty members, and industry exposure through internships and workshops. However, I feel more focus can be given to project-based learning and coding practice from the first year. The college hosts several events and fests like Tech Trix and cultural fest, which are enjoyable and well-organised. The campus crowd is friendly and diverse. Connectivity to the college is decent but could be better during weekends.

My college is bounded with good memories.
Placements: Top recruiting companies like Accenture, Capgemini, and Cognizant come to hire students who successfully crack the interview. Most students get placed in Associate engineer, Software developed, or AI-ML engineer roles. Students are offered training before joining the company as an employee.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms have proper desks with Wi-Fi connections. The library lets the students blend books to study before exams. Hostel facilities offer food for students, and 4 meals a day with internet connections. There are all kinds of facilities like medical, sports, games, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They provide us with all kinds of notes before exams even if we miss our classes they send a recorded session to study. The semester exams are moderate to hard. Students can score if they study the notes and suggestions given by the teachers.
Other: We celebrate fest as well as teach fest, events, and many more competitions. The students take part in all kinds of activities too.

Our beautiful college.
Placements: Top recruiting companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, and many MNCs come for placement. Most students get placed with packages ranging from 4 to 5 LPA. For the first six months, students are hired as trainees and sent for internships. Roles such as associate engineers and software developers are primarily offered.
Infrastructure: The entire college has Wi-Fi. Students have access to lab facilities for practical training. The library allows students to study before exams. They can borrow books for reference throughout the semesters. The hostel provides students with four meals a day, and they can participate in inter-hostel games.
Faculty: The faculty is nice. They help us before exams and provide us with notes. Throughout all four years, we are taught subjects related to our course. Placement training is provided starting in the third year. The semester exams are moderate to difficult, but the suggestions given by the teachers usually align, making it quite helpful for scoring well.
Other: The college also has many events where students participate in multiple events. College fest, along with teach fest, encourages students to participate and showcase their skills.

My enduring college life.
Placements: Almost 100% placement takes place. All students get placed in well-known companies. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc., come and hire multiple students according to their skills. The main roles offered are associate engineer and software developer.
Infrastructure: Buildings are almost new, newly painted, with green plants and beautiful scenic beauty. Wi-Fi is available for free for students to access for educational purposes. There is also a canteen to hang out with friends during the lunch break. Hostel facilities are also available for students who live far away.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They send notes for exam preparation. If students are unable to attend the lecture, they also send pre-recorded lecture videos for study-related purposes. Faculty is very supportive. They help students in every possible way, whether in studies or other personal problems.
Other: The college is good. There are multiple events, along with the college fest, for students to enjoy their youth life. Scholarships are also available for students, which help cover their college fees every semester.

JISCE has a really good infrastructure, with good faculty. I am happy to be a part of this college.
Placements: About 60% of students get placed every year. Top companies came here to give placements. The highest is 10 LPA, the lowest is 2-3 LPA, and the average package is 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, and TCS. 90% of students got internships. Web developer, app developer, UI/UX designer, and data scientist are the roles often offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The campus is all green with a fully developed infrastructure. There are flipped classrooms provided, and the labs are well-developed. There are many buildings, like the main building, CMS buildings, and B.C. Roy auditorium, canteen, cafe, etc. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. There are facilities, like a gym, indoor games, and outdoor games.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly educated and experienced. They are very helpful to the students. All the courses are related to present curriculum development. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, but if you properly attend all classes and labs, you will pass with a good percentage.
Other: The IT department is one of the oldest in the college. All the faculty members are well-experienced. There are the best placements in this department. Every year, a tech fest called Jistech is held, and students have an opportunity to show their skills. A cultural fest called Majestic is held every year. Besides this, there are many other fests.

The college is good overall, with 100% of placements and nice ambiance.
Placements: The placements in our college are huge. Most students get placed with an average package of 4 LPA. Accenture and Capgemini along with top MNCs select the students with high capability. The job roles mainly offered are associate engineer, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The hostels are nice. We have two separate hostels for girls and boys. They offer 4 meals a day. A high security is given. Students are always under CCTV surveillance so they cannot perform any kind of mischief. Teachers are also in charge if any kind of fight or problem occurs.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They try to complete the syllabus before exams. They provide all kinds of help whether personal or academic related. They also help in placement preparation. They offer extra classes if we miss any class. Semester questions are medium hard. Students can pass easily if they go through all the notes.
Other: Along with academics, we also celebrate events, fests, etc. I chose IT because of my keen interest in it.

Placements: Most students of the college get placed. Many MNCs visit like Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. Placements start from the 7th semester and students get multiple role jobs. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Roles offered are software developer and associate engineer.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are very neat. All the equipment is available for students. Unlike many colleges, there are flipped classes which are taken by teachers to solve students' doubts. There are also game rooms for students to refresh their minds. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Faculty: Faculty teachers are very helpful. Most of them are Ph.D. They teach students with the help of examples and elaborate to make it understandable. Semester exams are moderate. Students can easily get good scores if they cover the syllabus as teachers instruction. They guide students in every way and also support them.
Other: This course is one of the top most chosen programs by students. Multiple scholarships and finances are available for students.
