Fine and average university with less social life and an amazing campus.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed. As we've heard from our faculty members or placement coordinator, the lowest package was 3 LPA and the highest was around 7-8 LPA. There are many recruiting companies like TCS. Of all students, 70-80% of students get internships in roles like web development, DevOps, software engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructures are good, all requirements like labs and smart classes are there. Wi-Fi is available for students, and a library with a digital library (PCs for students) is also there. Hostel facilities and food are average; they can be improved. A playground and swimming pool are there for students.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are PhDs. Teaching quality is good. Faculty members are good and interact with students properly. The curriculum and course are fine, but they can be improved by focusing on specific fields. Exams are a little difficult, but with proper guidance, the passing percentage is almost 90%.
Other: I wanted to be a computer engineer, so chose CSE. There are many things that they can improve like organizing fests and functions, annual sports, and if we talk about the course, personally in CSE, they should focus on teaching students about their interest field besides covering the whole syllabus. The campus is not too crowded as it's big. Scholarships are also available.

Good Infrastructure and hostel facilities, placement record is also good.
Placements: 90% of students are placed from the engineering department. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, IBM, Infosys, etc. Top roles offered are software engineer and system engineer. Almost 90 percent of students got internships during the 7th semester at top companies like Physics Wallah.
Infrastructure: The department has 4 computer labs, a networking lab, and one hardware lab with full AC. Classrooms are good, clean, and comfortable to sit in, and the board is also good. The hostels are top-level, like a 3-star hotel. One 20-floor building is for boys, and one 14-floor building is for girls. Canteen facilities are available in our hostel. Medical facilities are also good, and sports facilities are also good.
Faculty: The faculty is very student-oriented, and their teaching quality is superb. They are always available for students. This course makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are neither very difficult nor very easy; if you have good knowledge about the subject, then you can definitely get full marks.
Other: I chose this course because I love coding. Every year, the department organizes fresher farewells and Iftars. The campus is natural, and the culture is too good. It is a ragging-free campus; seniors are very friendly. The university provides a 60,000 scholarship per year.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement, but really good in value for money
Placements: About 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest and lowest average package offered was 12 LPA and 3 LPA respectively l, and the average package was about 4.5 LPA. Amazon, Cognizant and TCS are some of the top recruiting companies. About 25% of students were placed in top companies
Infrastructure: Classrooms doesn't have ac or smart board. Library doesn't have ac but infrastructure is good. Labs also doesn't have any action, and infrastructure is not that well. The quality of food available in hostel is not that bad. Whereas the canteen's food is nice. Sports and games like cricket and football are available, but there is no e-games available.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified but they are not helpful and can't deliver their knowledge effectively. The curriculum is mostly irrelevant in initial years but relevant in final years. But that relevancy is not according to industry. The semester exams are quite difficult, but studying a month before exams , one can easily pass. The passing percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because it is the most demanding. Our course have the best placements. The things that can be better is to modify the curriculum according to industry. The fees is about 70000 for the whole course. There is very less fests occurring in college. We get about 60000 per year as scholarship.

Aliah University is good.
Placements: As a first-year student, I know that at least 40 to 60% of students get placed. The highest package is around 10 LPA, while the lowest and average packages are 3.5 LPA and 4.5 LPA, respectively. Top recruiters include Wipro, Cognizant, Amazon, TCS, and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for both the hostel and staff, and some classrooms are equipped with projectors. The canteen is good, but the mess isn't. For sports, I would say the facilities are average; they do have a ground with nets, which is good for cricket, basketball, and football. However, the swimming pool is currently unclean, but it might be cleared for use if students request it. They don't organize console gaming contests at the moment, but perhaps that will change when we become seniors.
Faculty: I'm in my first year, so my main course hasn't started yet, but I know there are 17 faculty members for my batch, and they are good. The curriculum is strong, with a focus on industry-relevant knowledge. The faculty encourages students to secure internships. In my batch, passing isn't that difficult because the teachers are supportive. However, this might not be the case for electrical engineering students, as their semester exams are not as easy.
Other: In Aliah, the CSE and BCA courses are considered the best due to dedicated faculty. Placement rates should improve, although that depends on future developments. I haven't attended any fests yet, but I suspect they won't be very impressive.

The college is overall value for money, placements are average.
Placements: About 50–60% of students from the CSE batch are placed every year. The head of placement council is not very supportive. The highest package for the year 2024 was around 11 LPA, and the lowest was around 2.4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and cognizant come to recruit. About 4 to 5 students only got internships.
Infrastructure: The wifi is only available in the main building and the library. The classrooms are big and comfortable and have projectors, but they are not air conditioned. The labs are good for almost all subjects. The library has some computers, and most of the books are available there. The hostel rooms are okay, and the food is not bad in the mess hall, but the food is awesome in the canteen. There is a medical facility available in case of an emergency. The only sports that are played at the university are cricket and football, and there are no online gaming tournaments.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are mostly Bengali and even some of them can't speak English very well. However, they are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their teaching skills are not that great. The curriculum is almost irrelevant, especially during the first two years of the B.Tech (CSE) program. There is no computer-related subject during the first two years, and there is a subject called "Indian Constitution." On the plus side, the semester exams are at a good level, and the passing percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose CSE because it is a highly sought-after course these days. The best thing about this course is that we get to learn a variety of subjects and get a higher salary package than other branches. However, the curriculum could be improved, and more extracurricular activities could be added to make it less like school. There are no events in our college, and fests occur rarely (once a year). The campus crowd is nice, and we get a yearly scholarship of Rs. 60k.

Best college ever for middle-class students.
Placements: 80-85 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is 20 Lacs, the lowest package is 3.6 Lacs, and the average package is 4.5 Lacs. TCS, Jio, Streebo, etc., are the companies that come for recruitment. 70 percent of students get internships as Data Analysts, Software Developers, etc.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are well educated, some of them are from IITs. They have experience teaching in foreign universities. The hostel facilities are more than enough, the quality of mess food is appreciable, and the canteen also provides food at the lowest cost. There’s a separate office for medical visits, and certified doctors are there to help students. There’s a big ground for football, a separate sports complex which has a swimming pool, carrom club, table tennis court, and many more gaming facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable, which creates a healthy teaching environment. All the courses are curriculum relevant, and the lab work gives students experience to be industry-ready. The semester examinations are of a moderate level, and students can pass with decent attention in the classrooms. The passing percentage is 35.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the digital world. The best thing about my course is that we can express our thoughts into code and we can design apps and websites. Everything is okay, but one thing that can be improved is that some of the PCs are not working in labs. There are many cultural events in which students can participate and showcase their talents. Students can get up to 60,000/year as a scholarship.

One of the best value for money college .
Placements: 1. In computer science, its about 100% placement. 2. The highest package is about 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. 3. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Byjus, etc. 4. About 90% of students get internships at various companies. 5. The top roles are software engineer, business manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too good. And faculty members are also good. The quality of the college is far better. I would like to recommend it to all students. The hostel is good and clean. The quality of canteen food is decent and healthy. Medical faculty members are available. Sports and game tournaments are good.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and fully qualified. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. It builds the students future. The difficulty of the exams is high. About 90% of students pass. The exams are scheduled on the college campus. And there are only semester exams. No internals are there.
Other: I like computer science, so I chose the course. This course is very good and joyful. The placement quality should improve. Events like the Tech Fest and Freshers Welcome are very good and enjoyable. The campus crowd is good and there are extracurricular activities as well.
