Good placements but dissatisfied because of faculty members. Bad infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I got the seat through EAMCET in 2023 in cyber security course. We are the first batch of cyber security. We come under computer science so in computer science, everyone is placed. The highest package is 44 LPA,
and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. 90% of students got placed in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is very bad. The walls of the building are broken. There is no water and no Wi-Fi. For sports and games, we have an indoor stadium and also a big playground. We have 2 libraries. University library and college library are there. The library is good here.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified as this is a government university. But they won't teach us properly. The timetable is very bad. The course curriculum is relevant, but not from the beginning. Core will be started from 2-2. The exams are very difficult. 25% is the pass percentage.
Other: I got the seat through EAMCET. As this is a government university, I thought this would be the best choice. Cyber security is a very evolving field nowadays. We have a 3-day fest in summer.

The life at JNTU, Hyderabad.
Placements: Placements here are very good and companies which come to recruit students are very high level. College also trains students to attend interviews and very helpful to students. The average package of my course is 12.5 LPA, which is pretty high compared to even some NITs. The packages here are very high and helpful for students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is not that high compared to some IITs but it is very good for students who would like to study peacefully and enjoy B.Tech life very much. College life here is very good as we don't have any kind of restrictions to be bound and we are allowed to make our own decisions.
Faculty: Exams are pretty tough compared to other colleges and they expect us to be the top student in the course.
Other: The extracurricular activities are conducted like clubs and all the sports here are taken very seriously and students learn sportsmanship and team work to be helped in the future.

Jntu has provided many opportunities to enhance skills.
Placements: So far, about 80% of the students in my course have been placed. The highest package was 24 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top recruiting company was Goldman Sachs. My college also offered some machine learning and other roles.
Infrastructure: The hostel food is nice, and the sports and games are good. They conduct sports regularly and encourage the students by giving rewards and gifts. On the negative side, there is much to improve, such as the Wi-Fi and computers, which need to be updated. Also, the library is good enough, but the quality of the hostel food is not as good as we expected.
Faculty: The faculty may teach us what is in the book, but we don't get much knowledge from that. We must explore things on our own, and the faculty is not good enough to help us do that. The curriculum is quite nice, though, and if we follow it, we may be ready for the fourth year. The semester exams are much more difficult, as it is JNTUH, and the pass percentage is about 75%.
Other: I am interested in computer science, so I chose to study it. I think coding is very interesting, and it is the best thing about the course. However, the computers in our labs need to be improved and updated. Also, we don't have enough funds to conduct events, so only a few events are held each year.

The environment on campus is good, but poor infrastructure. It is hard to pass the semester exams.
Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed in my course, as per my knowledge. The highest package is around 44 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Oracle, MathWorks, TCS, Wipro, Honeywell, Pega Systems, Infosys, Accenture, ACS Solutions, and L&T are the top recruiting companies. 90% of students get internships, and the top roles offered are Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, and Software Associate Engineer.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi signal is very weak. In labs, most computers don't work. The classrooms are okay, and the library is better. I don't stay in the hostel, but my friends say the hostel facilities are the worst. The buildings are very old, with leakages in the building. The food is average. The medical facility is good. Sports and games are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but they don't teach anything. They are too lazy to teach. By the end of the semester, the portion is still not completed. The course curriculum is relevant. From the 2nd year, the subjects are very useful for job purposes. The semester exams are very hard, with strict corrections. Most students get backlogs.
Other: I got a seat through TS EAMCET. Since this is the top college through EAMCET, I selected it during the counseling. It is a government university. I wish the difficulty of the semester question papers would be reduced. Proper infrastructure should be developed, and extracurricular activities like fests, clubs, etc., would be good.

Good placement but dissatisfied with faculty and recommend for students who can study on their own.
Placements: Almost every student will be placed irrespective of salary package and good companies will hire on campus like JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, etc. Good college for students who don't depend on faculty and study on their own and here more than 8 is a good CGPA and more than 8.5 for top companies.
Infrastructure: The course structure is good but the hostel is below average. Wi-Fi is available in the library and hostel. The food is available at an affordable price in the canteen with good cost. We have two libraries in college with a good amount of books and with computer access and free Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Most of the faculty will be not interested in teaching and exam question papers will be tough. Important questions will not make you pass in examination. Sometimes we get a paper with zero important questions so we need to touch on every topic in all chapters for passing 3 chapters is enough.
Other: It is the best college if you study everything on your own and don't depend on teachers. For CSE students one programming language and DSA and good CGPA. Projects will land you in a top company on campus.
